"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Amenities"
My friend lives there but struggles with showering alone. Rooms and laundry aren't cleaned properly. Not enough activities or staff. No room checks or family amenities. Feels like there's no better option. Staff is friendly, food is decent, but TV room is dark. Nice entrance, lobby, and dining area, but lobby empties by 8 PM.

When my family member was sick at CareOne at Morris Assisted Living, it was really tough to get in touch with anyone there.

"Considerate welcome and informative tour at CareOne at Morris."
We received a warm welcome at CareOne at Morris. The tour was informative and pleasant. The facility was nice, but the distance was a deciding factor.

"Clean but neglectful; poor communication and care."
My Aunt's care lacks attention despite clean facility. Communication lacking.

"Excellent care and services all in one place!"
The care my loved one got was top-notch. They did a great job. I recommend this community. They offer everything you need, from rehabilitation to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, all in one place.

"Assisted living near family with great staff and accommodations."
We picked this place because it had space and is near my sister. It came recommended. The online tour showed friendly staff and a clean facility. I liked how staff interacted with residents. The studio she's in seems a good size. She's happy with the food. Overall, I'd recommend it. They've been accommodating, and everyone has made my mom comfortable. During COVID, they arranged a lunch date for my parents' anniversary. They brought food for my dad, and they talked through a window for their special meal.

"Clean, active, and good food—worth a visit!"
The community is always clean, even with ongoing renovations they managed to keep all construction dust away. They offer plenty of activities and fun family nights. My dad loved the food. It’s definitely worth visiting to see if it’s right for your loved one.

"Poor Service, High Cost at Assisted Living Facility"
The quality of this assisted living facility has dropped drastically. The activities they offer, the meals, their caregiving, and their attention to small details all need big fixes. The staff is always changing, which is disappointing and very costly. The people running the place are cold-hearted and hard to get in touch with. I'd recommend looking somewhere else.

"Poor Quality and High Costs at Assisted Living Facility"
Assisted living has really gone downhill. Fun activities, good meals, proper care, and close attention to details all need major fixing. The staff keeps changing and the best employees, who were loved by the residents, have been let go or left. It's really disappointing and costs a fortune. The people running the place are heartless and hard to reach.

"Avoid This Facility: Bad Smell, Awful Food, Uncaring Management"
This place is awful - it stinks, the food is terrible, and the management doesn't care. No one's relative should stay here!

"Unbearable Odors, Neglect, Poor Food, Incompetent Management"
This place stinks, they don't pay attention to the residents, the meals are gross, and the bosses can't keep things straight. They're almost clueless. I wouldn't ever let a family member stay there again!

"Assisted Living Facility: Active Atmosphere, Spacious Rooms, Parking Concerns"
I liked how residents were active and greeted us. No unattended or sleeping residents seen. Rooms are big and clean. Staff answered all our questions. Only downside: parking far at 2 PM.
