"Sister lost huge entry fee at Fellowship Village, no refund given"
My sister and her husband moved into Fellowship Village in 2022. After her husband passed away seven months later, she decided to move closer to her family and left in September 2023. In the one year that she lived there, she lost a huge portion of her entry fee and is still waiting to be paid the remaining amount. Despite being told by the business office that the refund would arrive by mid-December, we are yet to receive it. To me, Fellowship Village seems worse than a Ponzi Scheme.

"Faith-Based Assisted Living Losing Quality, Cutting Staff"
This place used to have a faith-based vibe, but now that’s gone. Plus, they say they’re nonprofit, but it feels like they’re all about profit. Stuff that used to be included now costs extra, and they’re skimping on staff. They used to have a ward clerk and a charge nurse, but not anymore. Talking to the caregivers can be hit-or-miss. It’s not their fault though; they’re just stretched thin.

"Happy with our choice, welcoming staff, great food, vibrant community."
We moved to Fellowship Senior Living in 2017 and are very happy with our choice. The residents and staff have been very welcoming, and we enjoy the lively, friendly atmosphere. The food is top-notch, with lots of options in both the Bistro and formal dining room. It's great to see the nutritional info for meals, and not having to clean up after eating is a plus! Our home was beautifully renovated to our liking, and we love the spacious rooms. As a walker, I appreciate the lovely paths through the farmland and gardens. We’re excited about the new Cultural Arts Center and the expanded health center. FSL is a vibrant and exciting place to live. The only downside is the 5 pounds I've gained from all the delicious food.

"A very happy decision!"
We are very pleased with our decision to move to Fellowship Senior Living. The residents and staff have been extremely welcoming and we appreciate the community's warm social circle. The quality of the food is excellent and they give you the nutritional breakdown when making a choice. Our new home was completely redone to our taste and we love the spacious rooms. The winding walk paths let me enjoy the beauty of the gardens and grounds. FSL is a very exciting and vibrant place to live.

Both myself and my wife have been here for 1 ½ years, and it feels like home. We've made many friends by sitting with others at lunch and dinner. We have made a number of friends by just randomly sitting with others at lunch and dinner. Participation in the administrative and social functions have developed those relationships further. As a DIY type person, their workshop keeps me feeling productive; e.g. like rebuilding a favorite stool by re-doweling its four legs. A combination of the staff, administration, and residents being so friendly and open makes us feel at home.

"Mother-in-Law Thrives with Excellent Care and Activities"
My mother-in-law lives at Fellowship Village, and we couldn't be happier. The activities, food, and daily care she gets are amazing. We visited during the holidays, and the meals they served were not only delicious but also in a beautiful setting. Plus, the pool and nearby shopping are great bonuses.

"Convenience Can't Compensate for Poor Service and Arrogant Tactics"
This place is only out for profit! Lately, they've switched leaders and the level of care has fallen drastically. The nurses are kind, but it feels like their hands are tied most times. They attempted to push their homecare services onto my family. The lady in charge of that was totally uncalled for. We hired them for one week, but their aides were always tardy and we couldn't reach the nurse heading the agency. So, we chose a different service. Even though this place is nearby, we'll never pick them again if our family member needs more help.
