"Disorganized Assisted Living Facility Charges Unforeseen Expenses"
Please, avoid this place at all costs! It's a total mess. I'm a chill person and I rarely complain, but their situation is out of control. The place is going through some changes and they are really scattered and don't have enough staff. They even charged my mom for stuff that we never talked about and didn't give any paperwork for it. There was often no hot water and many power outlets didn't work. A couple of times, I found Alzheimer's patients knocking on my mom's door because they'd been missing for hours. I wish I was exaggerating. When we first visited, I thought this place was amazing. But, the staff members we met quit before my mom moved in. To top it all off, they still owe her money, and some of her mail is missing.

"Mixed Feelings about Hudson Hills Assisted Living"
Hudson Hills takes good care of patients and tries hard. Sometimes they're not great at communicating, and they seem short on staff, especially home health aides in the evenings.

We picked Hudson Hills because it was affordable with a shared room in memory care. Moving in was quick, and the food seems fine. They're flexible with menu choices and have a skilled nursing wing. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend it.

I liked this community. It left a good impression, and the room size was just right. There are different levels here, but I'm unsure about the activities.

"Helpful staff during lockdown and health issues"
My loved one moved in, but the community went on lockdown. She couldn't visit other residents, but she always praised the staff. They were very helpful to me, and I felt good knowing she was well cared for. She had many health problems, but the staff was great during this time.

"Strong Urine Odor Deters Visitors"
When we stepped inside the front door, a strong smell of urine hit us, and we quickly left.
