"Good assisted living, minor responsiveness issue."
This community is great for placing your loved one. Our family had a positive experience. Staff communication is good, though responsiveness could improve. They serve two meals and snacks daily.

"Personalized Care and Home-Cooked Meals Shine at Small Community"
My loved one receives great care here. Staff interacts often with residents in our small community. During visits, there are fewer than 10 residents and typically 4-5 staff members present. Meals, prepared by a professional chef, are served three times daily at set times.

"Ruined Trust: Assisted Living Facility Misses Vital Appointment"
Seriously, this can't be happening! I talked to this guy, Fernand, who hyped up the place so much it sounded unreal. He said he needed to do some sort of assessment first. Cool. We set up a Friday for his visit. Then he rings me, saying they've got a heap of snow. Honestly, it didn't look all that much from my side, but whatever... He shifted it to 10 AM next day. So, I pushed my dogs out in the chill, got my mom out of bed early for this guy, and we just sat there, waiting. Then, around 11 AM, I call him—guess what, he hasn't even left! How on earth am I supposed to trust my mom with a place that can't even get a single appointment right? No way, not happening.

"Unreliable Facility Misses Assessment Appointment"
Unbelievable! I talked to Fernand about this assisted living place and it sounded too good to be true. He needed to do an assessment, so we set a date for a Friday visit. He called me on that day to say they had a lot of snow. So, I put my dogs out in the freezing cold, got Mom up early, and we waited. When he didn't show up, I called him - he hadn't even left his place yet. I can't trust my Mom with a facility that can't even keep an appointment. I'll pass.

"Satisfied with Friendly Staff and Clean Environment, Suggests More Activities"
This place is really nice. It's always clean and looks great. The people who work here are super friendly and know a lot about finding doctors and stuff nearby. The only thing I think they could do better is have more things to do, like different stuff more often.

"Mom is happy, but therapy options are limited."
I like everything about this place. The only problem is that their physical and occupational therapy options are limited, and a bit pricey. My mom seems happy there. She likes the food, but she will eat almost anything. She likes the people and has made some friends.

"Mom Enjoys Assisted Living; Limited Therapy, Slightly Pricey"
I really like everything about this place. The only thing is they don't offer a lot of physical therapy and occupational therapy. Also, it's a bit expensive. But my mom seems to be happy there. She enjoys the food, although she's not picky. She also likes the people and has made some friends.
