"Understaffed nursing home, not assisted living. Not recommended."
This place doesn't have enough workers. It's supposed to be a place where people help you live, not like a hospital. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to The Addison of Lindsay place.

The staff at Lindsay Place is awesome. They’re super nice to the people who live here. The building is always clean, and it never smells weird when we visit. I totally recommend it to other families!

"Unfit Leader Mars Assisted Living Experience"
The head boss there just isn't fit for the job, that's the biggest issue! I get that all places are understaffed nowadays, but the main problem is that the top dog has no experience or skills at all. This person should definitely not be in charge of 40 people who honestly deserve much better. Based on what we've seen, I wouldn't encourage anyone else to go there. It was a rough experience, to say the least. They wouldn't take responsibility and even when we pointed stuff out, they wouldn't do anything about it or even just acknowledge it! The promises they made fell flat and that's just disappointing. Sure, the place looks fine from the outside, but that's about it.

"Communication Lacking, Overall Okay Experience"
My first visit was nice. Staff were friendly. But, when my dad moved in, the 2nd shift's phone communication wasn't good. I asked for the Administrator to call me about concerns, but they haven't yet, which worries me. I also told them I'd pick up my dad on [date], but when I came, the aide didn't know, which was concerning. More communication is needed. Overall, things are okay.

"Assisted Living Community Shines with Cleanliness and Caring Staff"
This community became my mom's choice after visiting others. It's very clean inside, though the front needs washing. The courtyard is tidy. The staff is exceptionally nice and attentive, although some upper staff are inconsistent. They offer activities and encourage participation. Both my mom and I like this community.

"A Welcoming Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is always helpful, striving to meet your needs. There's lots of smiles and laughter! The facility is well-lit, clean, bright, and inviting. The dining area has tables set with tablecloths, stemware glasses, and flowers during all meals. Entertainers perform on weekends. However, there are some issues with food shortages. Overall, my mom and sister are adjusting nicely.

"Tour of community pleasant but rates expensive for memory care."
I had a really nice tour of this place. Everything was good, and everyone was nice and kind. It's mostly for assisted living, but I was looking for a memory care community for my mom. Their rates were too high for us. The tour was pleasant, but it's not the right place for my mom's needs.

I'm doing really well here at this community. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming. The place looks great and is always kept up nicely. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They have lots of fun activities for us to do. The meals are good, and I'm happy with them. Overall, I'm really happy that I moved here.

My mom is doing pretty well here overall. They take good care of her and her needs. The staff is nice and helpful. They keep the place very clean. There are lots of activities and good food. She's happy here and I would tell others to consider this place.

Everything is going well for my mother here. I know she is in good hands. They are giving her great care, and I am pleased with all they have done for us. The facility looks nice. The staff is kind and helpful. There is good food and fun activities. Overall, everything is good.
