I'd suggest this place to others. The staff communicates well. However, they haven't organized outings due to a missing bus driver since summer. Short staffing affects meal service.

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Excellent Care and Engaging Activities"
The staff at this place is really helpful, and the building is nice. My overall experience here has been very good. The community is always super clean. The staff is usually really friendly and helpful. The care seems to be really good. They have great activities that keep everyone busy and involved.

"Desperately needs improvement: Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living"
We moved out after a brief stay. Our family member is now at a new place and faring much better. Every single aspect of the Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living can surely use some upgrades.

"A Caring Community for Mom"
My mom joined the Cambridge community in December, and she’s doing great after a short adjustment period. The staff and caregivers at Cambridge are friendly and welcoming. They’ve made my mom feel comfortable in her new home. She’s 95 and used to live independently, so moving to Assisted Living after a small stroke was a big change. Everyone at Cambridge, including the other residents, helped her through that transition.

"Improvements Needed in Assisted Living Facility"
I think they’re good at answering questions and communicating, especially with family members. They email and hold monthly Zoom meetings for families, which is nice. The facility is well-maintained, and everyone is friendly. However, they need more care aides. My dad complains about waiting for help during meals, and the promised meal selection isn’t as big as expected. In the past, they used to serve meals on my dad’s floor and the one above, but now it’s only on the upper floor. That’s inconvenient for my father.

"Think Twice: Poor Staff and Food at Assisted Living Facility"
Definitely reconsider before sending your family to this assisted living facility. The handful of permanent staff are great. But a lot of them are from a hiring agency and don't really know the residents. A lot of the residents have told me the food is really bad.

"Mom is settling in well with great staff support"
This community is very nice. My mom is still getting used to it, but she likes her room. The staff has been great, encouraging her to join activities. Since she uses both a wheelchair and a walker, they always offer to bring her down. Mom enjoys the dining room and thinks the food is pretty good. I recommend setting up a tour.

"Avoid this Terrible Spot with Lazy Staff"
My mom lives here. This place is terrible, stay far away. The care here is nearly non-existent, coming from apathetic workers. When you complain, they just make excuses instead of solving the problems.

This place didn't wow me. People weren't active; mostly sitting. The staff was nice, though. They knew their stuff and were helpful. Everything looked good, but it wasn't right for my mom.

"Not the best choice for Mom's care"
We checked out this place for my mom's care. The staff were friendly, but the memory care unit was too dark. Mom didn't need it yet, but might later, and I wouldn't want to move her to another place when it's needed.

"Unimpressive care, far from home, with some nice features."
The place had cool stuff, but the person in charge didn't seem to care much. That bummed me out. Plus, it's super far from where I live.
