Mt. Arlington Senior Living

"Staff Friendly, Facilities Small; Food Needs Improvement; Breakfast Liked"
The staff at this assisted living place are really nice and polite. The building has a front porch, but it would be better if there was more room outside for residents to spend time in. My father-in-law says the food isn't that great—it's bland and the meat is tough. He does seem to enjoy the breakfasts, though.

"Great Care at Mt. Arlington!"
We’ve had a great time at Mt. Arlington Senior Living. The nurses are excellent, and the aides are all very good. I’d recommend it to others.

"Needs Better Communication and Extra Help"
Mt. Arlington is a nice assisted living place. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and beautifully decorated. However, the communication in the Bridge to Rediscovery Unit needs improvement. Residents often don’t get answers about their activities or care. Since it’s not a nursing home, there’s no documentation of their daily routines. We’re left asking the nurse, who isn’t there all day. Despite this, the staff tries hard and is accommodating. More hands are needed for activities.

"Assisted Living Tour Experience"
We visited this place when searching for care for a family member. Overall, it looked really nice! It was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly. However, we noticed there weren't many people socializing during the tour, and my loved one prefers a place with a lively social scene.

"Attentive Care with Cost Concerns"
The staff has been really good at taking care of my Aunt. I feel like the money they ask for handling her medicine is too much because she only needs to take 3 pills every day.

"Great experience at Mt. Arlington Senior Living for my loved one!"
We really like Mt. Arlington Senior Living so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they made it easy for my loved one to move in. The building looks nice and is always clean. They take care of everything my loved one needs without any problems! There are a lot of activities for residents, although my loved one hasn't joined in much yet.

"Lovely community like a hotel, better value than previous care."
Moved here after bad experience, it's like night and day. Feels like a hotel! Much happier, better value for money.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom needs a lot of care, including hospice. We pay $150 a day for everything, except TV and the beauty salon. They usually have activities in the summer, but this month is quiet. People are bored and wish there were more things to do. The food is good, but they recently changed management.

"Disorganized and Noisy Assisted Living Falls Short on Expectations"
The assisted living place wasn't good. They made an appointment but weren't ready when we arrived. The rooms weren't nice, not clean, and it was too noisy compared to others. It felt chaotic, and the staff wasn't very professional.
