"Terrible Service and Unkept Promises at Assisted Living Facility"
Awful time here. It's good for living alone, but assisted living? Nope. Doctors never show up or call back. Nurses are constantly too busy, zero call backs. Rooms aren't tidied or vacuumed like they said they would be. Plus, they tricked us out of our money.

"Positive Experience Despite Staff Turnover Issues"
My dad really enjoys living here. He likes the people and his apartment a lot. Lately, there have been a lot of staff changes, which is our only complaint. Moving here made a big difference for him and for us. I would definitely suggest Spring Hills Cherry Hill.

"Large, pleasant facility; seeking smaller option for loved one."
Spring Hills Cherry Hill is quite nice, but it's huge. It used to be an old but nice hotel that got converted. We were hoping to find a place that's a bit smaller in size for our loved ones.

"Nice community, but too far and not the right services."
We toured this community and found it really nice. It was our second choice. It felt like a hotel because it was so big. While Spring Hills did offer religious services, they didn't match my loved one's preferences. We chose another community because this one was also farther from family.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Community"
This community looks nice, but costs may exceed expectations. Initially, it's a flat rate, costs rise based on care needs. Compared to competitors, it's reasonably priced with a good community vibe. However, recent leadership changes caused chaos for residents and families. The current staff tries to stay proactive.

"Avoid this Facility - Poor Care and Disappointing Facilities"
If I could, I'd give zero stars to this awful place, I feel down about putting my dad in this poor atmosphere. The care and facilities, especially the dining area, are terrible. Everything about this place is just disappointing. If you're hunting for a place for a loved one, please avoid this place!

"Neglectful Care and Lack of Training at Assisted Living Facility"
The fancy lobby with crystal chandeliers and a grand piano might trick you into thinking this place is great, but don't be fooled. The staff here, the nurses and caregivers, they're not too friendly and always changing. I had to take my dad out of there because his arms were bruised and his feet were swollen - they never let him rest with his feet up even though I insisted. They said he didn't want it, but he has dementia, so he needs people to connect with, and nobody there was interested in doing that. Every day I found my poor dad wet and dirty until I changed his clothes myself. Only one person there knew how to do it right but he seemed just as nervous as my dad. I had to take my dad out of there. I couldn't keep worrying about him being scared or upset because nobody wanted to be friends with him. The blisters on his skin from being wet all the time healed up, though the nurse didn't even have a thermometer to check him till I bought one. The alarm system in his room didn’t work. When a new medicine made my dad dizzy and he fell out of bed, he lay on the floor for over an hour with no help. That really hurt me, my husband, and especially my dad. We moved him out, and now his feet aren't swollen and the blisters are gone. None of the caregivers knew how to handle dementia patients. They were mean and didn’t care. You could tell, they were just there for the money. It was really hard to move my dad in, then have to move him out a year later. Be careful.

"Unreliable agency; caregiver changed, appointments canceled; not recommended."
At first, caregiver was good. Then agency messed up appointments. Not recommended.
