"Caring Atmosphere at Spring Hills Assisted Living"
I really like Spring Hills because when you walk in, everything looks super clean and smells fresh. The people who work there are really nice too! My sister has Alzheimer's, and even though I live far away in Florida, they helped me set up a video call with her every week. The staff there are so helpful and kind. The only thing that wasn't great is that sometimes in the memory care area, the aides seem to just sit around. A few times when I visited, my sister was just sitting there with the TV on. It made me feel sad to see her like that. Overall, though, Spring Hills is doing a good job taking care of my sister.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The staff is friendly. The place is in a good spot. They take good care of my loved one. They answer our questions and concerns quickly. I wish they would be faster in fulfilling our requests for my loved one. My loved one said they run out of meal options, even at breakfast. Meals should be served faster; residents wait 30-45 minutes.

"Dissatisfied with Lack of Care and Cleaning at Assisted Facility"
The place looks clean in general. But, they never ever cleaned the room where my family member was staying. In the end, we had to move them elsewhere because of a health issue. We're very let down with the level of care they got there. We expected them to be looked after much better. When we were trying to decide on the place or basically getting sold on it, it was a whole different story compared to actually settling in. It was like two worlds apart.

This place is super clean, and the staff are really nice. But it’s pricey. They offer fun activities like painting and bingo for residents.

"Inconsistent Care, Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement"
This place offers many fun things to do if you want to join in. The people who work here are nice and ready to help, but they don't always check back. We're paying extra for special care, but sometimes there aren't enough workers, so the care isn't as good as it should be. We believe that for the money we're spending, there should be better and more dependable care for our loved ones and our family.

They deliver what they promise. The staff is diligent, ensuring my loved one's well-being. The facility stays clean. Activities are more frequent during the day than evening.
