"Facility staff neglects residents, prioritizes profit over care."
The facility might look good, but the people running it don't really care about the elderly folks living there. They neglected my grandma so bad that she got extremely dehydrated and nearly died from kidney failure. Over a two-week span, a handful of aides, a couple of nurses, and other staff members let her deteriorate so much. The head nurse acts like she's kind, but she's the complete opposite. Trust me, I could say more. But long story short, don't let your loved ones stay here. These people are not worried about taking care of their residents, they are more focused on profits.

"Satisfied with Dad's new place!"
My dad just moved here, and everything's been great. The staff are nice and help him with what he needs. He likes joining activities and eating with others. We're pleased and would tell others about it.

"Mediocre Care and Lack of Activities in Assisted Living Facility"
My grandpa lives here and the care is barely there. He wore the same clothes for three days. He said he felt sick, but nobody seemed to know. My wife is a nurse, and she wonders how good the lead nurse really is. They call it "assisted living," but they don't seem to like helping out. They should just name it "apartments for people aged 65 and up." If your mom or dad needs more help, this isn't the place. They say they plan many activities, but when I'm there, I never see anyone doing anything. It's not worth the money at all. They have a lot of residents on Medicaid, so if you have Medicaid, it's an okay place. But don't waste your money here if you're trying to reduce your assets.

"Lack of Care and Assistance at Grandpa's Facility"
My grandpa stays here. They barely take care of him. He wore the same outfit for three whole days. He complained about not feeling well, but nobody seemed aware. My wife, who is a nurse, doesn't think much of the head nurse's abilities. This place is like an old folks' apartment complex, not an assisted living facility. Because assistance? Yeah, they don't provide much of that. They say they offer lots of activities, but whenever I visit, I see no such thing happening. This place is a waste of money. It's full of people on Medicaid and it's okay for them, I guess. But if you have care needs or are paying out of pocket, avoid this place.

"Pleasant Staff, Good Care, Minor Medication Issue"
My experience has been positive. The staff is nice and helpful. My aides have taken excellent care of my mom. Meals are good. The only problem was a misunderstanding with medication that was stopped. Besides that, everything has been good. There are no other problems or complaints. Things are going well.

"Top-notch Care for Mom at Assisted Living Facility"
My experience has been good overall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The aides have done a great job caring for my mom. The meals are tasty. The only problem was a mix-up about discontinued medications. Besides that, everything has been smooth sailing. We haven't encountered any other problems or complaints. It's been going well.
