"More staff needed, lack of attention to residents."
The place needs more helpers. They should hire more people to take care of the residents and pay attention to them.

"Friendly Staff and Decent Amenities"
The staff is really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is decent—not amazing, but not bad either. Communication is okay, and the move-in process went well. I'd recommend this facility to others.

"Affordable and Convenient Assisted Living with Minor Food Concerns"
We chose this community for its affordability and convenient location. Mom enjoyed her visit. The food has been a minor concern, but overall, everything else seems satisfactory.

"Small, attentive facility with good care and responsive communication for residents."
My loved one lives at Spring Home at Galloway. It's smaller than other places we considered. They check on my mom a few times daily, especially if she skips events or meds. Housekeeping is good. Communication with us is prompt, and they handle issues well. Cleanliness and friendliness are good. Staff and care are excellent.

"Pleasant and Friendly Assisted Living Facility"
My experience has been good. The place always smells nice and the staff are friendly. They take good care of the residents that I can see when I visit my loved one. There are many activities for residents, but my loved one doesn't join in, so I can't rate those. They are willing to bring breakfast to my loved one, but sometimes it comes late.

"Inconsistent care, unclear services, not recommended for heavy care."
I don't suggest it for heavy care. Good for independent seniors. Weight loss concern. Care services unclear. Surprises after moving in.

"Nice rooms and activities, but care may vary"
We picked Spring Village because the rooms were spacious and had a better atmosphere. The staff was good and worked really hard, but they weren't trained well for the specific care we needed. They did offer many activities for the residents. My wife passed away here, and I wasn't happy with how things were handled at the end. I would recommend it based on the care your loved one needs.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living"
The people are nice, but they don't talk between shifts. They keep asking our family to help more as our loved one gets sicker. If Dad wasn’t in hospice, we’d be lost. There aren’t enough helpers in the evening and night. We had to pay extra for companions. The bill for the first year was over $80,000.

"Great care, with a few minor issues"
We’re really impressed with how well my father-in-law is doing here. He seems very happy, which is amazing. The staff has been great, but we do have one issue: they haven’t been doing his laundry as often as needed, so we’ve had to take care of it ourselves. Some of his clothes have also gone missing. He says the food is okay—nothing special, but it’s fine. The place looks clean and well-maintained. They offer activities like bingo, board games, bowling, and other games. He really enjoys the bowling, especially since he was a bowling champion in the past. My mother-in-law noticed that he hasn’t smiled like that in a long time, so it’s great to see him having fun. The building he’s in is for memory care, and there’s another building just for assisted living. Overall, he’s been happy here, and that makes us happy too.

"Disappointed with Mother's Care at Assisted Living Facility"
I'm not happy with how they're taking care of my mom right now. She's taking too much medicine and doesn't seem alert. She mostly sleeps all day. We talked to the nurses and the bosses, but nothing changes. The nurses are nice and try to help us. The food isn't good, and what they promised isn't happening. It's really disappointing.

"Everything we hoped for and more"
The staff is super friendly and helpful with my loved one. The community stays really clean, and they keep me updated on everything. But now we feel my friend needs more care. We chose this place because it was clean and the staff was great, and we weren't disappointed.

"Amazing Staff Who Truly Care"
The staff at Spring Village at Galloway are amazing. Every time I visit, a bunch of people greet me and ask if I need help. They are super helpful and caring. You can tell they really care. At other places, it feels like people are just doing their job, but not here. They go above and beyond and do a great job.
