"Clean facility, room pricing clarity needed; fit mom's needs well."
My experience was good. Facility clean, room pricing could be clearer. Fit mom's needs well.

"Sunrise of Jackson Assisted Living Falls Short of Expectations"
This place made us upset when we moved Mom elsewhere. Residents do things on their own. Hardly any staff around. Mom kept getting sick, but now she's great in her new home. Sunrise talks big but doesn't deliver. Find somewhere else.

"Homey atmosphere, limited activities, recommended despite short stay."
Our loved one wasn’t there long, so our feedback might not be exact. She couldn’t join activities, but the community felt homey. We recommend it.

"Better Staffing Improves Safety for Loved Ones"
I believe they need to keep more staff. There's often not enough. Safety was the main reason for moving my loved ones here. Living alone, people notice who comes and goes. I feel better knowing they're always looked after. When they lived alone, aides weren't reliable they'd show up late or not at all. Now, someone is always there for their needs.

"Assisted Living Excellence at Sunrise of Jackson"
Sunrise of Jackson is great. When we first visited, they greeted us with a welcome sign and gave us a fresh apple pie when we left. They treat you like royalty. My brother and I visited almost every day and interacted a lot with the staff. Sometimes there were communication hiccups, but they fixed them. I highly recommend this place. All the staff, from the director to the maintenance worker, know everyone by name, residents and families alike. It's perfect for my mom. Every visit feels like family. They also honor those who passed away with photos displayed. It's a wonderful place, and if I had another mom, I'd choose Sunrise of Jackson again.

"Headline"
This place was pleasant, but they don't allow residents to stay once private payments end while waiting for Medicare transition.

"A Cozy Assisted Living Community with Limited Activities"
This place is small, clean, and friendly. My father-in-law is happy here. They have arts and crafts, movies, and card games, but COVID has limited activities.

"Expensive Care with Communication Issues"
Sunrise of Jackson costs too much for what they offer. The care quality needs improvement; when we asked questions, we hardly received answers. Other residents in the community also had significant complaints, not just our loved one.

"Great Care and Friendly Staff"
We picked Sunrise because everyone was friendly and seemed to take good care of the residents. My aunt could even bring her two cats. The rooms are a nice size—she has a one-bedroom with a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. It’s perfect for one person. They do have an app, but it’s not well-maintained. I’d recommend it to others.

"Location Too Far"
We took a virtual tour of this place, and it was nice. But the location was too far for our family.

"Visiting restrictions due to COVID limit seeing loved ones' rooms."
The community is really nice and everyone we've met is friendly. But because of COVID, we can't go inside to see our loved ones' rooms.
