"Mixed Feelings About Sunrise of Lincroft Assisted Living"
The workers at Sunrise of Lincroft are helpful and friendly to the people who live there. The things they do for fun and keeping the place clean could be better. The place where they eat is old and looks used. In general, I would suggest this place to my family and friends.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The nursing staff is okay. Some of the aides are really good. The place is understaffed and quite expensive for what you receive. The food is just okay. They take a long time to respond due to the lack of staff. Showers happen only once a week, which seems unreasonable. The cleanliness of my loved one's room, especially the bathroom, isn't great. We chose this community based on A Place for Mom's recommendation because it fit our budget and seemed decent. We needed to find a place quickly.

"Assisted Living Community Review"
This place really takes good care of my family member. The workers are nice and easy to talk to. They just started having activities again. They have bingo and more options for residents. The food used to be brought to the rooms, but now it's in the dining room. In my opinion, it's pretty expensive.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience with Limited Medicare Availability"
Be cautious when considering this place for a loved one. My husband and I became responsible for his grandmother after his father's sudden passing. She couldn't care for herself, and my husband fell ill, making it impossible for us to continue caring for her daily. We checked out several assisted living homes and thought Sunrise, just 5 minutes away, would be perfect. They said after 25 months of payments, Medicare would take over. They forgot to mention they only had one spot for Medicare, and it was full. Long story short, we ran out of money. We enlisted help from an elder life management company, but due to Covid, they couldn't move her to a nursing home they found. Sadly, she got Covid while in their care and passed away. When they tried to collect the debt, they didn't listen to us and were very rude. They insisted their protocol didn't accept Covid patients, so they accused us of lying. If I knew how cold and uncooperative this organization was, I'd never have let them take care of her. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because caregivers like Cecelia were exceptionally kind. Think twice before signing any paperwork.

"Sunrise of Lincroft Assisted Living Review"
We picked Sunrise of Lincroft because it's close by, has nice things, and the people are nice. He had a small room that was good enough for him. We didn't eat there, but he liked the food. The best thing was how happy and lively it felt. I would tell others to go there.

"Some confusion with staff and costly care level increase"
At this place, there are many people you can talk to about care, but it can be a bit confusing to figure out who's the right person. My mom hasn't been here long, but they've already said they need to increase her care level. The next level of care costs a lot more, and even though we're not sure about it, there's not much we can do to change things.

"Caring and Supportive Assisted Living with Medical Staff Onsite Weekly"
This assisted living place is really helpful. They assist with things like putting on knee-high socks or helping two people at once. It's near St. Leo's Parish and most people in the Rosary Club are Catholic. There are 71 people living there, and doctors come every week.

"Easy Navigation in Memory Care Area"
We liked how easy it was to move around the memory care area. That's what we focused on. It seemed nice, but there was a waiting list, so we couldn't choose them.

"Small, friendly community with room for food and activities improvement"
We liked that it’s a smaller community where everyone knows each other, residents and staff alike. The facility looks nice and is kept clean. The food is okay but could be better, and they need more activities to keep everyone busy.
