"Unsatisfactory care and rude behavior at an assisted living facility."
We were really upset with how they treated my Dad at this place. We had cameras in his room and saw my Dad on the floor all night because one of the workers just didn't show up. There was only one worker there and she wasn't strong enough to lift him. She didn't see anything wrong with just giving my 82-year-old Dad a pillow and blanket and leaving him on the floor! They were also really mean and disrespectful to him. We even paid extra for more showers, but they didn't give him any. This was the worst thing our family had to endure. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

"Good care but staff missed urgent issue handling"
I was let down when our loved one had an urgent care issue while staying there for respite care. I had to handle the situation myself, which was why we chose a place with licensed staff. On the plus side, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and the facility was very clean.

"Misleading Medicaid Availability; Otherwise Efficient and Attentive Staff"
The smaller facility had its perks, like attentive staff. During the sales pitch, they promised a two-year pay down before switching to Medicaid. However, when the time came, they had no Medicaid rooms available and a long waitlist. They couldn't say when a room might open up. Until then, I had to pay the full amount indefinitely. I wish they had been upfront about the limited Medicaid availability.

"Poor Security and Care at Assisted Living Facility"
My mother managed to escape twice in just two days, showing their lack of attention to security alerts. On her second escape, she slipped out through a window in her room, which was in a locked unit for memory care patients. She crossed multiple highways before they located her. The staff doesn't seem to care much or be friendly. The only nice person was the guy who sold us the service. The nursing care is subpar. The local police reported the facility to the state because my mom was able to escape twice.
