"Nurse Lacks Compassion in Hasty Eviction of Hospitalized Resident"
My mother in law took a tumble in her room and ended up in the hospital. On the day she was supposed to come back, they wouldn't let her return to her room. We were forced to move her out with barely any notice. The nurse who was handling everything was totally cold and didn't care about my mother-in-law or our family.

"Bristal Englewood adds insult to injury after mom's death"
The Bristal Englewood just sent me a bill for $64.00, over a year after my mom died. This only makes it worse, considering how the medical director at the Bristal handled her exit after her hospital stay.

"Fantastic care in a country club-like facility"
This place is amazing! My 93-year-old mother-in-law is in the reflection wing, and we see the extra care she gets 24/7 because we installed a motion camera in her room. Day and night, the great care never stops. The staff is fantastic too. The head nurse, and the owner who runs the place, are terrific. The owner who we met on our first day, is always there for us. This place looks like a country club, not what I expected from an assisted living facility. It's been one month at the new Englewood facility, and I'm sure it will stay great.
