"Nice facility but chose another for our loved one's needs."
We visited The Chelsea at Shrewsbury while searching for a place for our family member needing Memory Care. It looked nice! The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere felt welcoming too. However, we found another facility that seemed like a better match for our loved one.

"A Caring and Welcoming Community"
"My aunt is adjusting to the community, and we're pleased with the care she's receiving. The staff is encouraging and friendly, ensuring she feels included. The facility is clean, well-lit, and the food is excellent. I confidently recommend it."
