"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The place seems to care and they helped Mom with her medicine and when she got aggressive. They could improve with activities and helping her keep clean. It costs a lot, especially with all the extra charges. But she's safe there, and we visit often.

"Mixed Feelings About Allegria at the Fountains"
I like Allegria at the Fountains. It feels safe and clean. There are plenty of activities to do. The apartment is nice. However, it's expensive.

"Great care and compassion, with minor areas for improvement"
Everything has been great overall, though there are a few areas for improvement. The staff is caring, wonderful, and very compassionate. They really seem to care about each resident at Allegria at the Fountains. We are very happy with what they offer for our loved ones.

"Friendly Community with Okay Food"
The people living here are friendly, and the staff take care of their basic needs promptly. The dining room is clean, but the food options are just okay. Residents can enjoy daily activities and a weekly social hour together.

"Friendly Staff, Quick Fixes, Food Falls Short"
I feel like we didn’t get what we were told we’d get. The meals aren’t great. They tell us we get two meals each day, but the morning meal is just a small breakfast that’s not filling at all. If you want more than just cereal, you have to pay extra, which isn’t fair. On the bright side, my apartment is pretty good, and I like living here. Whenever something needs fixing, they handle it fast. The people who work here are nice, too. Plus, there’s always something to do.

"Appalling Internet Service at The Fountains for Seniors"
My mom's been at the Fountains for over a year now. Since she moved in, the Wi-Fi has been a mess. It's supposed to be a Wi-Fi place, but she often can't get a signal in her apartment. She's not the only one dealing with this. My mom orders her medicine online and needs the internet to see her health records and make doctor appointments. Also, she feels cut off from everyone when she can't go online. Unbelievably, they told her to leave her apartment to get a connection! She pays for internet in her monthly rent. I wouldn't suggest this place or any others from the same owners. It's not fair to put their internet problems on my mom or any of the other residents. Their complete lack of care about making sure residents can get to their vital health needs online is outrageous.

"Allegria’s Care and Facilities Need Significant Improvement"
My mom, who is 94, has lived at Allegria for a year. I got to see what it’s like inside when they let us visit. They really need more people working there. The part where they take care of very sick people has to be fixed up. It bothers me a lot that the sinks are too high for most people in wheelchairs to use. The boss and the head nurse don’t even reply to emails when we tell them we’re not happy with how they look after everyone. What’s more, some of the nurses and helpers haven’t gotten their shots, and now Covid is back. The place is closed to visitors again because one nurse got sick with it. So, we’re stuck not being able to visit and they don’t have enough staff. Once, I had to wait an hour for help after I rang the bell, and I ended up having to find a nurse myself! There’s more to say, but not enough room to write it all.

"Negligent Care and Lack of Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
We really thought we were helping our folks when we made them move into this place in 2019. But boy, were we wrong! They're really bad at talking to us and at most other things too. The reason they keep changing their name is because they keep getting sold off again and again! Something's off. They always cry about being short-staffed, but when you drop by now, all you see is fancy things everywhere! Makes you wonder where the money's from, right? Maybe they should hire more people rather than buy more fancy furniture! Both our folks passed away in this horrible place and it's totally because they weren't given good care. We even had to bring in outside help! And when our folks died, not one of these caregivers thought to reach out or show us any kindness. Seriously, think twice if you're considering this place for someone you love.

"Met needs, lacks open beds for extra care. Changes noted."
We moved in during the pandemic, met all criteria. Needed more care, but beds not kept open. Meals okay, dining room opening today. Loved one feels alone. Changes due to new management, residents say.
