"Limited for capable residents."

Can't cook, which is hard for independent folks.

"Small, quiet, friendly staff, needs remodeling"

The facility is small and quiet with fewer people. They are happy with the care and food. It looks a bit outdated, but I think they plan to remodel. The staff is friendly.
