I like the facility, and my Mom is happy too. The staff is supportive, and the activity director is excellent. The move was easy, but the food isn’t great. I recommend Washington Township Senior Living—it’s homey.

So far, our biggest issue has been how long it takes for staff to respond to our requests. They seem a bit short-handed and it can take a while to get help. Overall, we might suggest this place to others, but it depends. I'd worry about people needing more care because of the staffing levels.

"Great Staff, High Price, and Okay Food at Senior Living"
My mom lives at Washington Township Senior Living and her experience has been mostly good. The staff is amazing! The food is just okay. Housekeeping does a great job. The price is really high and keeps going up each month. The other residents are very nice and kind. My mom seems comfortable, but not happy, because she wants to go home but can't. The Activities Director does a nice job.

""Concerns over Unkept Promises in Assisted Living Facility.""
In the short time that our dad has been living here, we've seen two main staff members leave and many changes occur. The care for the residents that we were promised isn't being delivered. For example, they are supposed to keep tabs on whether each resident is eating their meals or not, but no one seems to care when our dad skips breakfast. Another issue is seating at dining times, our dad has been asked to move for other residents. Initially, there were assigned seats but that's no longer the case. The management doesn't keep their word on action plans. We feel let down since the care our father is receiving is nowhere near what we were guaranteed before moving him here.

My family hasn't been happy at all. I wouldn't suggest this place. They really need to do better with the workers and money stuff. In the time we've been there, all the bosses changed and our bill went up a lot in just half a year.

They offer activities, but my family member doesn't join in. The new administrator is making changes, but there's a shortage of care aides. Thankfully, my loved one benefits from therapy and is getting better. The food is excellent, with plenty of options. However, they could improve medication tracking. Overall, the building looks fantastic after the remodel.

I'd tell my friends that if your parents receive good care, it's a decent place. But for minor medical needs, communication is tough. There's a lack of clear communication, and everyone seems unsure. The community is friendly overall. Staff and residents mean well. However, it's not suitable for those who aren't fully independent.

We're really happy with how things are going at Washington Township Senior Living! The place is beautifully decorated and always clean—it feels more like a 5-star hotel than a senior facility! The staff is super friendly and very attentive, making sure the residents are well taken care of. My parents are really enjoying their time here!

We checked out this place for our family member's care. It seemed okay, but not right for them. It's expensive, but they offer tons of stuff for that. Sadly, our loved one needs too much care for it to work.

"Wonderful care and kindness for loved ones with dementia"
I really like everything about this place. I don’t have any complaints at all. The staff is super kind. My mom has dementia, and they go out of their way to make her comfortable. They always reassure her and tell her everything is okay. There are lots of activities for the residents. My mom mostly enjoys the music-related ones, but she isn't really into joining many group activities. The location is perfect for us since I have seven brothers and sisters, and it’s centrally located in Washington Township.

My mom stays busy with activities like bingo and other games at this assisted living facility. They also organize outings. She appreciates the food and the variety they provide. I made sure to look over the place before she moved in. However, after move-in, I came to realize they don't offer internet service. Given the fees we are paying, I think it should have included internet. I want my mom to be in a facility where she receives optimal care.

"Sudden Change Causes Upset, Mom's Move Cancelled"
We were planning to move Mom into this place after her physical therapy. But, at the very last minute, they said she needed more help than they could offer. We're pretty sure we already talked about this situation while setting up her move. This sudden change on their part caused us a big problem, and we think they could've done a better job dealing with it. The place itself looked okay, but we didn't end up moving Mom there.

When she found out this place was just 5 minutes away from our home, she was thrilled. The staff is caring, there are lots of activities, and the management team responds quickly to our needs. I feel confident that I made a great choice for my mom’s care right now.
