"Improvement Needed in Medical Follow-Up at Assisted Living Facility"

My dad's been at this place, and I've had to make sure his meds and oxygen are in check. It's been stressful because I don't live nearby, and sometimes they'd tell me at the last minute he was out of his stuff. It's getting better, but I still have to remind the staff to do what they're supposed to.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

What's Good: - Friendly admissions staff - Helpful employees - Afternoon cookies at front desk - Tasty dining room food - Patient with mobile storage needs What's Not Good: - Slow freezer replacement - Chaotic dining service - Cash stolen multiple times - Concerns about security and training

"Good Facilities at Morada, Staffing Needs Improvement"

Our time at Morada Albuquerque has shown us that the staff could really use some upgrades. But, the apartment and view for our family member are nice, and they appreciate having a doctor nearby.

"“Morada Albuquerque: A Fantastic Choice!”"

My family member lives at Morada Albuquerque, and we’ve had a positive experience. The staff is friendly, the activities are great, and the place is clean. They’re super helpful and responsive.

"Improvements Needed, Some Staff Ineffective, Food Service and Rent Concerns"

The food and service for food need work, and it’d be nice if they lowered the rent a bit each month. Most of the staff is really good, but there are a few who don’t seem to know what they’re doing and always say they can’t fix things, so it takes longer to get help.

"Positive experience at Morada Albuquerque; friendly staff and good care."

My loved one lives at Morada Albuquerque. Overall, it's good. People are friendly, care is good. We're learning rules, staff helps. I'd recommend it.

"Great choice for mom's new home staff are friendly and helpful."

My mom visited Morada Albuquerque and chose it herself. The people who work there have been really nice and helpful. She's happy there, and I trust them to take care of her for a long time. I would recommend this place to other families who are looking for a good place for their loved ones.

"Improved service after management change, but lacks accommodations"

The assisted living place got better since the management changed. The workers are answering our needs better. But, a few months ago, the main nurse I talked to was not polite and was harsh. Things got better when I started talking to their helper instead. They don't do much to help my mom hear better, which is annoying. Also, they seem to have trouble keeping track of her medicine. But, [name removed] has been good at getting things done when we ask for help.

"Too Large for Comfort"

My husband and I went to Morada Albuquerque to find a place for our loved one with memory care needs. The facility was nice, but it felt too big for her since she prefers smaller groups.

"Review: First Tour Impressed Despite Size Concerns"

Our family visited for a tour, our first. We liked it. Everyone was friendly, especially the director who gave us a thorough tour. But it felt too big and confusing for our loved one.

"Mixed Experience with Some Good Points and Room for Improvement"

Make sure you keep track of everything and report problems right away. Some people at the front desk are nice, but others are pretty rude. We had trouble getting her medicine sorted out at first. Her medications are better managed now. This place has three floors. Housekeeping comes once a week. They offer some transportation with 24-48 hours' notice. They allow pets.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Communication and Care Improvements"

Morada Albuquerque is a nice place. The staff is mostly friendly, and the facility stays pretty clean. But communication among staff and with residents needs improvement. There have been ongoing service problems. Prescription management isn't satisfactory. Staff turnover causes issues. We're paying for a higher level of care than my mother receives. Hopefully, future bills will fix this. Assisted Living should reduce family stress, not add to it. Morada Albuquerque needs to improve.

"Disappointed with Service and Food Quality at Assisted Living Facility"

They suddenly made my mom pay $1000 more, and won't answer calls to explain. They're friendly at first but ignore you later. Plus, the food's not good. Find somewhere else.

"Assisted Living Community Offers Diverse Activities and Welcoming Environment"

We appreciate the variety of activities and services available here. The community looks great and offers meals that cater well to residents. It's flexible with a library, exercise rooms, games, and music, all at a reasonable cost.
