"Great Experience So Far"
I live at Morada Quintessence, and things have been good for me here. The caregivers are really nice. The staff talks to my family well. Moving in was smooth. Housekeeping comes once a week, and they are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Morada Quintessence to others.

"Facility Gets a Fresh Makeover!"
The old director left, and they're getting a new one. Not sure if she was fired or left willingly, but hopefully things will get better with the new management. They've also redone the carpets and repainted, and it looks great now.

"Assisted Living Center Needs Better Dining and Care Standards"
The food and dining aren't great! The care standard is low, with 15 residents per staff member. It's hard to manage with so few staff, who work long shifts. But they try their best. Nobody is ignored, but sometimes they run out of food or use plastic dishes due to no dishwasher.

"Positive Experience with Responsive Staff and Open Communication"
The experience was positive for us. Residents needing moderate care do well here. If your loved one needs more advanced care, the community may have limitations in providing it. Staff communication with families was excellent; they always returned our calls. The open-door policy allowed us to visit our loved one whenever we wanted.

"Positive Experience at Morada Quintessence Assisted Living"
We picked Morada Quintessence for its single-floor layout, easy navigation in a circular design, and proximity to family. Highlights included numerous engaging activities and onsite nursing. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

"Elmcroft Fails to Provide Needed Care, High Cost, No Support"
Elmcroft unwisely accepted my mom, but couldn't provide the care she required. They should have known she needed something more along the lines of a nursing home. Instead of saying something like, "Hey, this isn't the right fit for her," or going the extra mile to make things work or help us relocate, they did nothing. Essentially, they've demanded a lot of cash for very little, hurting my mom's mental wellbeing in the process. Elmcroft is fine if you're independent, but not so much if you need significant care.

"Friendly Staff and Good Location"
We picked Elmcroft because of its location in town, and it had good ratings and reviews. The apartments are just the right size for her needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, although the administrative team could improve communication. Overall, I’d recommend it to others.

"Room Confusion and Average Food: Decent Staff Communication"
We had some trouble finding a room without people getting mixed up and wandering in. But the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. The food is just alright, but at least they bring it to your room.

"Decent Facility, But Lacks Kitchens and Coziness"
This assisted living place is okay. The rooms are missing kitchens. I didn’t really feel super welcome or cozy. It also costs more than I expected.

"Too Huge, Too Impersonal: Not Suitable for Us"
When I visited this place as a possible new home for my family member, I was overwhelmed at how big it was. I had concerns that they could easily become confused or lost. Plus, instead of cozy and homey, it was more like a hospital. This place was just too huge and too impersonal to be the right fit for us.

"Mom's Brief Stay: Not Her Style"
I wanted Mom to see what living in an assisted living place would be like, so we booked a 2-week stay. It turned out that this wasn't what Mom wanted; she prefers being in her own home. The staff was nice and very attentive, and they did wellness checks every few hours, just like the website promised. The food was good, or at least Mom had no complaints about it. The assisted living environment just didn't fit Mom's lifestyle.

"Depressing assisted living home with silent and unhappy residents"
This facility is really gloomy. In the dining area, no one interacts with each other. Everyone seems grumpy and quiet.

"Great care and activities; highly recommend for assisted living"
I’m very happy with this community and how they cared for my mother. Even though she was there for a short time, she loved it. My mom joined many activities, especially the exercise classes, which she enjoyed a lot. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with her care. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone needing assisted living for their loved one.

"A Warm Welcome for My Father"
My 93-year-old father has only been here a few weeks, but the staff has gone out of their way to make him feel welcome and take care of his needs. They always greet him by name and have even adjusted his diet to suit his tastes. The small resident population (about 50 people) likely makes this possible. The staff is definitely caring and takes a personal interest not only in my father but in all the residents. As time goes by, my father seems happy with his new home and is adjusting well to his new family and friends.

"Nice place, overall"
At Elmcroft of Quintessence, they’re doing a good job overall. The new staff and management team are working hard to make things better. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They offer moderate nursing care, more than some places but less than others. While they don’t have a specialized memory care unit, they do take care of residents with memory issues.

"Friendly Staff, but Food Variety Lacking"
The assisted living facility is neat and tidy. Getting used to how friendly everyone is has been a bit tough. I don’t want to speak poorly of the staff. They mostly do a good job with taking care of things, and the place isn’t far from my house, which is great. However, I feel they should pay more attention to the residents. The dining area is really nice, but it seems like we get the same food all the time. I believe they should work on offering different meals.

"East of Our Condo: Assisted and Independent Living Options"
Right next to our condo, towards the east side, there’s a place for assisted living that costs $3,720 a month. If you want to live independently, it’s $2,300 a month. The rooms are pretty small, just studios.
