"Better Than an Apartment"
I like living here. It’s peaceful, staff are friendly, and the location is great. Better than an apartment.

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Caring Service with Remodeling Plans"
This facility is really helpful and caring. They provide studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The closets are nice but quite small. Only the independent living units have kitchenettes. Currently, they're in the process of remodeling the apartments. They offer housekeeping, laundry services, and weekly trash pickup.

"Pacifica Assisted Living: Dark, Cold, and Understaffed"
We had heard negative things about Pacifica Assisted Living, like it being a 'last stop,' and we definitely felt an unsettling vibe when we visited. The tiny outdoor area, unfairly surrounded by a chain-link fence, gave off an unpleasant jail-like atmosphere. The rooms were badly lit, cramped, gloomy, and chilly. Sadly, the residents didn't look happy at all. The staff seemed to lack necessary qualifications. My honest advice: escape while you can.

"Better Communication Needed for Assisted Living Activities"
The staff is friendly and respectful, but they don't check on him enough. Our uncle, who had to leave his home due to wildfires, got a furnished apartment here at no extra cost. He enjoys talking to other residents with similar interests. The activities aren't communicated well, especially since our uncle has trouble reading. It would be better if staff told him about next day's activities during meals.

"Pacifica: Efficient and Pleasant Assisted Living"
My loved one was quite challenging, so I couldn’t keep them at home anymore. The Pacifica staff handled it well—they were efficient, and the facility was nice.

"Extremely disappointed with Pacifica Santa Fe's safety and services."
I was totally underwhelmed by Pacifica Santa Fe. The atmosphere was pretty gloomy and gave off the vibe of a nursing home which was not at all heartening. As we took a tour, I noticed that one of the screens was missing from a window. This troubled me as a resident could potentially climb out of it. When I asked for how long it would remain unfixed, no one could give me a definite answer. Furthermore, a relative of mine had visited this place and they had charged her a huge sum to reserve a room. It took her an extremely long time to get a refund for that.

"Great Info, But Too Expensive"
The lady I talked to was super nice and really helpful. She gave us a lot of good info. Sadly, it was just too pricey for my mom.

"Understaffed Facility with Limited Activities but Friendly Staff"
This place seems better suited for those who can live independently. The nursing care doesn't quite meet the mark. The staff members do their best to assist with walking and such, but there just aren't enough of them. The few staff members they have are spread too thin. They offer an activity calendar, but it's pretty bare. However, the staff is kind and always ready to lend a hand. My family member is quite fond of her room.

"Clean grounds and caring staff, though limited room access due to COVID."
Despite COVID restrictions preventing room access, we appreciate the window visits and the well-maintained grounds. The staff members are really nice; everyone from the director to the person who answers the phone is professional and friendly. It's challenging not being able to check on our loved one's phone or mail, but overall, we feel confident in the care provided here.

"Doing Their Best Amid Uncertainty"
We picked Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe because we were in a hurry, and they had an available spot. The tour made it seem like a good match. The room sizes looked okay compared to other places. It's tough to judge without visiting, but they're doing their best.
