"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Care and Amenities"
My family member stayed here in 2020. It wasn't what they said it'd be (no garden or fresh food, low security, no fun stuff), but it did the job. Then, new bosses came, and they cut staff to 1 for every 15 people. That meant they couldn't help many residents like they needed. It's best for folks who don't need much help with daily stuff. The rooms are big, and the cook is great. But, once folks need more help, they gotta move out. Plus, the only nice outdoor spot is far away, so most folks can't use it. Only smokers hung out by the front door.

NB isn't like the brochure. Garden's gone, no activities. Limited care, high turnover.
