"Owners Show No Remorse Towards Family, Even After Dad Dies"

When the folks in charge opened another home, everything started going south. The care got worse as the years went by. But by then, our dad couldn't leave. He'd been there so long and his memory was really going bad. We couldn't move him. a. Dad's wallet and phone went missing. b. We had to pay for a nurse to be with dad on the weekends. c. About six weeks before dad passed away, the owners hinted that we should find him a new place to stay. d. Just two hours after dad's passing, the owner told us she was "putting away" dad's things. She told us to clean out his room "soon". She was basically telling us to move his stuff right away so they could charge someone else over $13,000 a month. They never even said they were sorry for our loss. We wish we hadn't put our dad in Oxbow.
