"Hallmark Assisted Living"
Its great! My friend was really happy with her place there. The community is friendly, well-maintained, and offers helpful services. I’d recommend it!

"Expensive Yet Service-Rich Assisted Living"
I really enjoy the well-maintained grounds and the dog park, but it's quite pricey. However, you do receive many services.

"Great staff, but some meals could be improved."
I would definitely recommend this place to others. The head nurse is great, and the rest of the staff is very caring. Some meals are enjoyed by my loved one, but there was a time they served sandwiches for dinner two nights in a row.

"Family Perspective on Assisted Living Staff and Communication Challenges"
From my family member's view, some nurses aren't friendly. Getting answers is difficult, possibly due to staff shortages and Covid.

"Lackluster environment left us unimpressed."
For us, this place wasn't as appealing as the assisted living facility we picked in the end. The tour felt unwelcoming, and it was so brief that we didn't stick around long enough to see if they even offered refreshments during the visit. We were on the lookout for a more vibrant and cheerful environment to suit our requirements.

"Food Needs Improvement"
I mostly like staying at The Village at Northrise! The folks there are nice, and the staff make sure my needs are met. But, I’m worried about the food—it’s not good. Also, they don’t have menus for diabetics or people with special diets.
