"Caring Angels: A Home for Your Loved Ones"
The staff at Touched by a White Dove are truly amazing. They cared for my Grandmother when I felt no one else could help. They came into our lives and made everything better. My Grandmother was treated with real love and kindness. She felt like part of their family, not just a client. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one, this is it. They give families peace of mind and work closely with a great hospice team. They treat your special person with the respect and dignity they deserve. The staff will always be special to me. You’ll see why after just 5 minutes with them. I’m so thankful that God brought us together.

"Wonderful place"
The lady (I apologize for not remembering her name) was nice and caring. I trusted that she could handle Pat's insulin routine. However, the place was quite small, and considering all of Pat's issues, we decided he'd be better off somewhere else. We thought of it like this: some people enjoy Bed and Breakfasts and the close interactions they offer, while others prefer a comfortable hotel where they can have their own space and quiet time. Pat is definitely a 'hotel' person, and we found a wonderful 'hotel' environment for him. I read reviews and comments about Touched by a White Dove and felt it would be great with a compassionate couple, but it just wasn't the right fit for Pat.

"Concerns Over Care and Facilities at Assisted Living Home"
The couple running this place seems really committed, but it's not the right place for us. The other two folks living here have serious memory loss and health issues, and I don't think my mom would be happy here. The room they have for her is tiny, and there are some problems with the house that worry us. The people taking care of the residents didn't ask much about my mom's needs or how they could help her. That bothered us. We've seen other places that have a set schedule and activities to help with memory loss, and this place just didn't seem as good in comparison.

"Passive Caretakers and Structural Issues Deter Potential Residents"
This couple working here appears dedicated, but we just don't feel their place is right for us. The other two seniors living here have serious forgetfulness issues and aren't in the best health, and I really don't think my mom would be happy here. The room they have for her is too cramped and there are other physical issues with the house that we're not sure about. The people taking care of everyone didn't really ask much about what's going on with my mom or how they could help her, and that worried us. After we saw some other places that have a daily routine and activities designed to deal with forgetfulness issues, this place didn't appeal to us much.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Too Restrictive and Isolating"
It was a place to live that I didn't like. There were only three residents, and a husband and wife took care of them. They didn't allow visitors after 5 pm because of sundown syndrome. It felt too strict. I worried it would make my mom feel very lonely.

"Strict, Unwelcoming Residence Offers Limited Visiting Hours"
This place was a home, but not one I appreciated. It had three people living there, with a couple looking after them. I was worried about how lonely my mom would feel there.

"Infested with Plants and Religious Memorabilia"
The lawn had a huge angel statue, which should’ve tipped me off. But it wasn’t okay. The place was dirty, and the people seemed to be from a lower-income background. The manager or owner overshared personal stuff I didn’t care about. The back area was also in bad shape. They promised fixes, but it felt like excuses. It was super religious, with crosses and religious pictures everywhere. And there were so many plants that it felt unhealthy. Basically, it was overrun with plants and religious stuff.

"Overcrowded With Plants And Overflowing With Religious Symbols"
The yard displayed a giant angel - a warning sign I shouldn't have ignored. The facility wasn't up to par in terms of cleanliness. The residents were mainly from low-income backgrounds. The person in charge shared too many irrelevant personal details. The rear part of the place was in poor condition. They kept promising improvements that never seemed to materialize; it felt like a stream of empty promises. The environment was overly religious, with crosses and biblical images in every corner. One resident had a plant obsession, as evident from the multitude of plants around, making it look unhealthy. In essence, it was crammed with plants and religious items.
