"Budget-Friendly, Newer Community with Potential for Great Activities"
Acacia Springs cost more than I expected for my retirement. It looked nice and had more activities advertised. I didn't try the food or see how safe it is.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
It's a decent place for a loved one. The food is okay, not tasty or gourmet. If you need a bus ride to a doctor's appointment, plan way ahead to ensure the big bus is operating. Sometimes it's not working or the on-duty driver can't drive it which is frustrating! There's a major problem with continuous turnover of staff. It seems like the company cares more about their profits than the people who live there.

"A Positive Stay"
My family member lived at Acacia Springs, and we had a positive experience overall. However, when her needs escalated and she required additional medication assistance, we faced a challenge. Unfortunately, Acacia's advanced care unit was full, so we had to find another place.

"Very happy my parents are here!"
I have only good things to say about Acacia Springs. My parents are very happy there, enjoying good food, wonderful physical therapy, and great socialization. The place is very clean. They offer daily activities like bingo, movies, crafting, knitting, and bridge, and regularly bring in entertainment. Every Friday night, there’s Happy Hour with music and dancing. They provide transportation to stores, banks, doctors, casinos, and trips to places like the Smith Center for performances. The only extra charge is for events requiring tickets. The food choices are impressive when I’ve eaten with my parents. I wholeheartedly recommend Acacia Springs.

"Great Space, Helpful Staff, and Engaging Activities"
Acacia has been a great place so far. My mom has been living here for just over two weeks, and she really likes how much space she has in her room. She has three closets, which was really important to her. The staff is very helpful, and they’ve been great with us throughout the whole process. The facility itself seems to be very good. It’s clean, the food is okay, and there’s a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. I would definitely recommend Acacia to others.

"Beautiful remodel and outstanding staff tour!"
Acacia Springs is truly beautiful! Their recent remodeling is high quality, with a designer feel. The room prices are the best in the Summerlin/West side area. The highlight of Acacia Springs is [Removed], who went above and beyond to give us a tour and explain everything. His energy and enthusiasm are amazing!

"Feels like we're on a permanent vacation!"
We did a lot of research before making this big decision, and I’m so glad we did. My husband and I feel like we are on a permanent vacation. We love our apartment! The community is wonderful, and the staff and residents are friendly and nice. It’s such a happy place with lots to do, but there’s no pressure to join anything if you don’t want to. We feel like we’re eating better than ever before; the food is great! We chose this community because of its location and price, and they both fit perfectly. We couldn't ask for anything more.

"Great care for a friend"
We like the care at this community. The staff is nice and friendly. The place is beautiful and well-maintained. I'm glad she's in a nice community with a good environment that she enjoys. She’s happy being able to cook her own meals. They offer activities for her to enjoy with other residents. We would highly recommend this community to other families for a good value.
