"Higher Costs, Smaller Rooms"
The assisted living facility was farther away, cost more, and had smaller, very different rooms.

"Assisted Living Needs Better Welcome, Overall Decent Facility"
When you first come here, no one guides you or shares what's happening. It's a good place, but they should improve their introduction program for new folks.

"Activities and food need improvement, staff is dedicated, Wi-Fi issues."
Review: Covid might affect it, but there aren't enough activities to keep us busy. Food's bad, not fresh, but staff is nice. Wi-Fi's terrible, only works in common areas.

"High cost, low-quality meals, and COVID restrictions frustrate resident"
We're banned from the dining hall because of COVID-19. We have to eat in our rooms now. No soup, salad, sandwiches, or dessert for us! We only get two menu options and most times they're cold and missing stuff! And to think I pay $3000 every month for this. Even folks in jail get better chow. This is terrible!
