The people who work here and everybody else were really friendly. My family member met some new people and they're treated really nicely. We chose this place because it cost less than other options.

The staff is understaffed, which we get, but sometimes they overlook things like managing medications. But everyone is so friendly, and we believe our loved one is doing great there.

"Disappointing Care Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We had a really bad time with the medical folks, and the care he got wasn't great. If it weren't for that, I would've rated them higher. Also, lots of staff leave, and they struggle to hire. I wouldn't suggest them to other families after what we went through.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Older, Pricey, Small Rooms, Pet Friendly"
The facility is old, but the prices are surprisingly high, just like newer places. I was surprised to find out that wifi and cable would cost extra in the room! The rooms were very small. This place is very pet friendly! I could smell animals and "incontinence" as soon as I walked in. The staff were very friendly, but the residents didn't seem very happy. There were too many "red flags."

"Brookdale Fails on Charges, Laundry, Care, Activities and Cleanliness"
Brookdale keeps tacking on extra fees every month. They can't seem to keep track of the laundry and lose it all the time. They left the resident just sitting in the dining room for hours after meals. They just wouldn't help her walk down the hallway so she could join in the activities. Top it all off, they didn't clean her room every week like they promised they would.

"Okay Staff, Few Activities, Limited Brightness"
My dad stayed at this place for 2 years and thought it was okay. The people who worked there were really nice. But there weren't many things to do. It wasn't very bright inside. The room was smaller than we expected, and since my mom was going to live there too, we had to find somewhere else. The food wasn't great - not a lot of it, and not much variety. Plus, you had to eat at certain times. The other people living there weren't that fun to be around. Overall, it's alright, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

"Dad's Experience: Mixed Feelings"
My dad stayed at this place for 2 years, and he thought it was okay. The staff was really nice, but there weren't many activities. The rooms weren't very bright, and they were smaller. The food wasn't great—there wasn't much variety, and they had set meal times. The other residents weren't very social. Overall, I'd say it's an okay community.

"Affordable and fun place to live"
I chose this place because it's affordable for the care I need. I'm happy here, and the food is better than other places I've lived. They have a lot of activities like exercise groups, music, and a bus that takes you around town during the week. The staff is really nice and treats me well. Compared to other places, this facility is just as good. I would recommend it to other families.

"Welcoming and Homey"
I really loved this place. It's all on one floor, so it's easy to get around. The staff is awesome and the residents are lively and active. I liked how the staff was really involved with the residents too. It's a very nice place. The apartments were clean and tidy. This community felt more like home than the other places I visited. It just seemed so welcoming and warm. The only reason I didn't choose this place is because it's too far from my home. I would recommend this community.

"Fantastic Staff and Beautiful Community for Seniors"
This community is really nice, and the staff are amazing! They are very helpful and truly care about my husband. His room is big and clean, just like the whole place. The grounds are lovely, and there are many activities for the residents if they want to join in. The dining area is pleasant, and they offer two meal choices at every meal, plus other options if someone wants something else. They make a delicious omelet that my husband loves. I definitely recommend taking a tour here!

My dad stayed here for a short time, but I felt good about the care he got. [Removed] was great to work with and always answered our questions. I was very thankful for the staff and how well they communicated with our family. The place was clean and always nicely kept for all the residents.

My friend is doing great at the assisted living. She fits in well with the community. The place is neat and tidy, and the staff is helpful. They have fun things to do and delicious food. She can do her own thing but gets help when she needs it. It's a good place, I'd say.

The staff here is awesome. They truly care about the residents, and you can see it. The residents are friendly and really well taken care of. The facility is always clean and smells great. If something happens, the staff jumps in to help right away. We’re really happy here!

"Wonderful place with friendly residents and staff!"
They are amazing, and I love them! The only thing that could be better is their billing, which goes through the main branch. Getting that right at first can be tricky. They know about this problem and are really good at helping you with it, plus they’re working to make it better. We were really impressed with how friendly and happy the residents were.
