"Fun, clean, and friendly assisted living community worth recommending"
I recently visited this assisted living facility with a family friend during happy hour, and we had a great time! I loved seeing how involved all the residents were with the staff. The place is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

"Fourth of July fun!"
I spent the Fourth of July with my mom at Lakeview Terrace. We had a great time singing along with the entertainment (Mama's Wranglers) and enjoyed a wonderful BBQ lunch. My mom is in the memory unit there and didn't want to go to the celebration at first. But once we were there, she perked right up and sang along to the patriotic songs! She remembered all the words, even ones I had forgotten! It’s so wonderful to see her having so much fun! It really touches my heart. The staff and caregivers at Lakeview Terrace do an amazing job!

"Highly recommend Lakeview Terrace!"
Lakeview Terrace is a great place for assisted living. The staff is kind and patient, always introducing themselves and offering help to my mother. The management was very responsive, taking time to answer our questions and meet our needs. I highly recommend Lakeview Terrace in Boulder City.

"Examine Carefully: Boulder Centre Faces Cleanliness and Inhumane Issues"
This place isn't cleaned right. My sister's bathroom sink is always gross and the floor in the bathroom is always dirty. There's dust in the rooms even after the cleaning staff has been there. It's unnerving to see residents mistreated and staff members harassed. They've made changes to administration, yet things remain the same. Despite this care center being located in our home town of Boulder, which makes it convenient for regular visits, it's upsetting to see how the place is run. Ridgeline should take note. There was even an unfortunate quarantine where we couldn't visit and the residents were stuck in their rooms for weeks on end. This place leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Look carefully if you're even considering this care facility.

"Top-notch care and welcoming atmosphere at Lakeview Assisted Living!"
Lakeview Assisted Living is amazing! The staff there are so nice and always ready to help. They really want to make sure mom feels happy and at home. I looked at a bunch of places, but once I saw Lakeview, I knew it was the best choice for us. The people who work there are super helpful, especially when it comes to figuring out costs and what level of care mom needs. Plus, the place is in a quiet neighborhood with bighorn sheep nearby!

"High beds and poor setup spoil mom's short stay"
If you're here for a short stay, I don't think it's going to be a good fit. They raised the bed too high up. If I could have seen the setup here before, my mom wouldn't have stayed. I can't really say I love this place.

"Safe, Clean, and Friendly: Lakeview Terrace Assisted Living Review"
My sister-in-law loves Lakeview Terrace, and we're happy too. It's clean and pretty. Staff is nice; they fixed a medicine mix-up quickly. Fun activities like bingo. Residents are friendly and caring. Good value. Encourage participation!

"Unfit Conditions and Poor Care for Dementia Patients Exposed!"
Certainly, the staff on the first floor are friendly and the place is tidy; but that's just because they're after your MONEY. If your loved ones suffer from memory-loss or dementia, don't send them here. They're kept on the second floor which is like a dungeon with miserable conditions. The place doesn't provide soap for doing laundry, and there's no gloves or lifts. Trust me, I've just been fired after slaving away for 8 months. I fell ill due to resident exposure, and despite a doctor's note, the organization and HR didn't show any concern. They squeeze their staff beyond limits, which is why they have high turnover. This facility needs to be reported to OSHA.

"Love This Place!"
Everyone I met while visiting my parents was warm, welcoming, and professional. This is rare in today's healthcare. I would love to spend my golden years here and feel great that my parents live there!

"Brackets"
After settling our relative into this assisted living center around four and a half years ago, things started off pretty decent. However, just half a year into the experience, everything began to tank. The people in charge were terrible; the workforce began evaporating, leaving us understaffed. They were serving low-quality, cheap food which didn’t seem healthy. Basic care, activities, and communication between staff and family were lacking. Additionally, the costs began rising without any proper explanation. They also had unreliable transportation services. And to top it all off, none of our complaints garnered any response from their corporate office." : "Downhill Experience at Assisted Living Facility Over 4.5 Years

"Warning: This Facility Turned Golden Years into a Nightmare"
Our family member moved into this place about four and a half years ago, and everything was just perfect. The head of the place seemed really nice, the staff taking care of things was good, and the food and activities were all top notch. However, things started to change for the worse within just the first year. The way the place was run began to decline, good staff members started to quit, the food became bad, and even the basic care and transportation became uncertain. It seems like the big bosses just don't care. What's worse is that the prices keep going up, but the service and care keep going downhill. We really wish we hadn't moved our family member there because what were supposed to be their golden years have turned into a nightmare.

"A Caring, Cozy Place for Loved Ones"
Our uncle needed a safe and caring place to live. The care he gets here is amazing, and the staff is truly excellent. The food is really good I actually want their mushroom soup recipe!. Lakeview Terrace isn’t one of those big, impersonal facilities. It feels cozy, clean, friendly, and comfortable.
