"Avoid Las Ventanas: Unresponsive Staff and Terrible Food"

The only efficient workers at Las Ventanas are the hardworking young girls who serve meals, assist with baths, clean rooms and make beds. The nursing staff appears lazy and ignores requests. The therapy team is inconsistent, even though their lead is excellent, but lacks control over his team. The food is awful, carelessly prepared, often cold, and not at all delicious. The accounting department tends to double charge and if unpaid, they threaten to send the bills to a collection agency. I recommend you avoid Las Ventanas.
