This place has had its good moments and some not-so-good ones. There's this new boss now, and it seems like they're trying to fix things. Let's hope it gets nicer here.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility Near Synagogue"
I chose this place because the synagogue is nearby. Not sure if I'd recommend it though. I've been to two assisted living facilities, and they both have issues. Maybe others do too, I don't know.

"Avoid for Assisted Living - Poor Management and Med Techs"
This might be okay for Independent Living, but it's a terrible place for Assisted Living. Two staffs are the only two good staffers, along with the dining room staff. The management and med techs are awful! Stay away and don't even think about coming to this place.

"Poor Communication and Unexpected Price Hikes at Assisted Living Facility"
If you encounter any problems or need anything at this assisted living facility, be prepared for a lot of frustration. We had a terrible experience because the staff were hard to reach and slow to assist our family member. For six weeks, he couldn't use his phone and we didn't have the option to go help him because of the pandemic. In the beginning, they claimed he didn't require much help. But after just a month, they suddenly decided he needed more attention. Naturally, we wanted to sit down and talk about these new plans, but we never got that chance. Without even asking us, they raised the cost significantly. The care staff was friendly but the people in charge didn't seem to care about any problems we faced. Overall, we had a really poor experience here.

"Great Experience at Merrill Gardens"
When we were looking at Merrill Gardens at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson through A PLACE FOR MOM, we were worried because there weren’t any recent positive reviews. We told our contact, and she understood our concern. She showed us other places with heated swimming pools for winter. Now, after two months at Merrill Gardens, we’re happy with our choice. The manager, has been really helpful. We love the 86-degree pool every day. The meals are great, with fresh fruit and salad. Kudos to the chef. And the weekly entertainment with wine was a nice surprise. The program director, works hard for our well-being.

"No Studio Apartment Available, Facility Ignored"
They don't offer a studio apartment, so it's disregarded.
