"Missed Outdoor Activities"
They're friendly, and the place is clean with great activities. They decorate for holidays and special days. However, I wish they'd organize more outdoor activities.

"Attentive staff, clean room, pre-made salty food; moving soon."
The staff is really attentive and skilled. The room is usually clean, and they do the laundry as requested and paid for. The food mostly comes pre-made and tastes salty to me. I've decided to move.

"Roomy, Clean Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
The Truewood by Merrill, Henderson place is really nice. It's big, clean, and has lots of fun things to do. But sometimes they need to do better with taking care of people and answering questions late at night. Maybe they don't have enough staff.

"Friendly Staff and Safe Environment"
Main things our family considered were the price and the location. The doors are open when the tenants are home. Other tenants and staff often peek in to say hi. The tenants feel safe around the staff. The staff seems to mingle with the tenants, letting them know who they are and that they are there for them. I like that everyone is friendly and helpful.

"Budget-Friendly Facility with Limited Amenities"
This place was more expensive than I expected with my retirement money. It's a new community, so maybe it has more fun stuff to do, but I didn't check out the food or how safe the area is.

Average tour; reminiscent of other big-box assisted living facilities.

"Clean and pleasant, but not right for my loved one."
The place was clean and nice. It was alright, but it wasn't a good match for my family member.

"Assisted Living Facility Provides Loving Care and Strong Community"
This place has been really good for us, and we're happy we chose it. The staff is great; I really like them. They seem to enjoy being here, and they're like a close-knit family. It feels warm and friendly here, like a real community. One thing I've noticed is how well the staff keeps track of where everyone is and what they're up to, without being too intrusive. That's something I appreciate. It's also nice that the staff turnover isn't high, which isn't always the case in other places I've seen. They really make an effort with the activities, which is important for my mom in Memory Care. Even though she can't always join in, she still feels included. The house

"Seeking a Cozy Community"
I wanted a smaller community that wouldn't overwhelm my loved one. The tour provided all necessary information, but the environment wasn't what I was seeking.

"Mom feels safe here"
My mother is very happy here, and the staff treats her wonderfully. It’s a beautiful facility and a great fit for her. The community offers many activities like singers, a library, shopping trips, and bingo. She loves the in-house stylist, casino trips, and pet-friendly policy. The dining room is pretty with white table cloths, and she enjoys the food. I would recommend this community to other families.

"Great Assisted Living Experience"
was really nice, spent time with us, and shared helpful info. The facility was awesome, especially the bigger respite room at no extra charge. The Bingo room and poker games with other residents could be a big plus. Getting a spot is almost certain with the necessary paperwork.

"Consider this community."
During our tour, we preferred the one-bedroom setup over the studio apartments. The staff was friendly and showed us where they hold daily activities.

"Great Place, Found a Better Fit Elsewhere"
We were ready to move my loved one into Siena Hills, but we found another place that was a better fit for her. I don't remember all the details, but I do remember it was really nice. We would have chosen Siena Hills if we hadn't found the new place.

"Our Top Choice: Clean and Well-Organized Facility"
Siena Hills was our top pick. We liked it more than the place we ended up choosing for my loved one, but they couldn't provide the right level of care. The facility was clean and well-organized.

"Too Much Activity!"
My dad enjoyed Siena Hills—it was clean and nice. But it was too busy and noisy for him. He wanted a quieter place.

"I’m Getting Great Care Here!"
I’m happy to say I’m getting the care I wanted, and I'm doing well. The meals taste good, and the activities I’ve tried have been fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job cleaning my room and the whole community. I really like everything that’s here for me.

"Friendly staff, dining nightmare"
My mom or dad been living here for almost one year. There's good stuff: the workers take care and are super nice, and the place where we eat looks good. But then there's bad things: The food here is awful, no one would even feed it to their dog. It never gets better. A lot of people complain, but nothing ever changes. To explain this clear- the meals are small, taste bad, there aren't a lot of options, and many times it's not fully cooked. They're also always out of normal food like bread rolls, or fruit for after you're done eating. When they have meetings with the people that live here, nothing changes. If you care about eating good food, don't move here.

Sienna Hills Assisted Living: Good Care but Needs Improvement" The people working and living at Sienna Hills are really nice. They take good care of those who need it and the place itself is really nice and in a good spot. But, the food isn't that great and it's not getting any better. Sometimes, the service isn't great either. The pool hasn't been open for two years. They only provide fun stuff to do twice a week, but it would be better if they had something every day. There aren't that many activities to do. The people who make the food and the people in charge keep changing.

"Sienna Hills: A Great Place for Seniors and Families"
We moved my 94-year-old mother into Sienna Hills, and both our family and my mom have really enjoyed it. The staff, food, and activities are all excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Great job, Sienna Hills!

"Top-Notch Respite Experience"
My mom stayed here briefly, and it was great. The place is super clean, the staff was friendly and caring, and they have lots of fun things to do. I looked at a few places, and this was definitely the best. If we had to pick somewhere for my mom to live permanently, it would be here.

"Great place but pricey"
Overall, Siena Hills does a great job. My loved one lived there for a few years. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility looks nice, clean, and well-maintained. But, it is very expensive. Even though the care and service are good, I’m not sure if it’s worth the high price.

"Best experience ever!"
Words can't describe how thankful we are for the amazing care our mom received at Siena Hills. The staff were all attentive and genuine. As a child, placing a parent in an assisted living facility is incredibly tough. It's one of the hardest decisions. We had a tough choice when we realized our mom couldn't live alone anymore and wouldn't be happy living with us either. Siena Hills was a Godsend! It let her keep her independence and dignity while living in a beautiful place and socializing with people her age. Plus, she had an extra set of eyes on her when we couldn't be there. We can't praise this place enough. Our mom loved it there, even if she didn't always admit it. We heard it from her friends and directly from her how excited she was to tell us about her day. The stories were always wonderful and happy. We are forever grateful for all the love, care, and attention given to our mom (and her spoiled little dog) during the 13 months she lived there. If you're in Nevada, there's no better place. Five stars doesn't seem high enough. Thank you, Siena Hills! We wish we had more time with our mom and all of you too.

"Trusted and Caring Community for My Mother"
We looked at about four communities in Henderson, NV, before choosing this one. It was a tough choice, but it got easier over time. The staff here is amazing—they’re truly caring and friendly. I really notice their presence, which I appreciate. Residents can be independent but can get help and encouragement if needed. My mother was very clear about what she wanted, and April Fillingim made sure everything was just right. I also appreciate Rosa Jenkins for her medical care. I trust this community to take care of my mother, which is very important to me. I’m grateful we found this place and the wonderful people who work here.
