"Feels Just Like Home"
Park Place Assisted Living is amazing - we really like it. It feels just like home, and our family member is very comfortable there. They don't force him to do things he doesn't want to do. He can wander around and do whatever he enjoys. It's ideal for him. It's not fancy and doesn't resemble a resort or hotel like many places do. It feels more like a real home.

"Unimpressive Facility and Staff all around"
This place is just awful, from the caregivers who are short-staffed, to how dirty everything is, and even the office staff being rude. It's really hard for residents to do any extra activities or make friends outside of their own unit. Please, don't put your loved one in this place.

"Amazing Care and Joy at Park Place Assisted Living!"
We absolutely LOVE Park Place! My family member just celebrated her 6-year anniversary here. They took her out for their weekly lunch, and it was a big celebration! She felt like royalty! She is always clean, happy, and cared for. Park Place truly feels like home! The staff are friendly and feel like family. The holiday meals are amazing, and the college volunteers are wonderful. They have supported my loved one through tough and happy times. I never worry and would recommend them to anyone!

"Creepy and Dirty: Not Recommended for Seniors"
I visited this place and it was unclean and eerie. The employees were pleasant and responded to my inquiries. However, it wasn't accommodating for people with mobility issues. It just didn't feel welcoming. I suggest that families check out multiple facilities before settling for one.

"Park Place Neglects Residents and is Money-Oriented!"
If I knew then what I know now, I would never have let my brother move into Park Place. This place seriously does not have enough people working there. The people they call "med techs" don't know what they are doing. They were supposed to keep an eye on my brother when he checked his blood sugar and took his insulin, but they weren't doing a good enough job. My brother's blood sugar went really high, like 600, and really low, like 40, lots of times. He ended up in the hospital a bunch because of this. Plus, he had a lot of falls because nobody came when he needed help to go to the bathroom. He had to either mess himself or try to walk there on his own. I think the people who run this place only care about making money, not about the people living there. Park Place costs too much and doesn't have enough workers.

"Horrible Assisted Living Facility with Unprofessional Staff"
I'd never even consider bringing a family member or dear friend to this facility. The employees are not nice at all and behave very poorly. One worker even smelled like booze. And, my family noticed that several clothing items mysteriously disappeared. Also, they obviously favor family and friends. The main nurse seemed like she was trying to scare my mom.
