"Mixed Feelings: Pricey, Wrinkled Laundry, Staff Favoritism, Clean Environment"
This place is pretty good but costs a lot. Laundry comes back wrinkled. Make sure your meds match the printout. Some staff have favorites and others get ignored. The place itself was cleaner than other places I visited.

"Mixed Experience in Assisted Living with Upscale Feel"
The food is really good. We've been there a few times, and when the chefs make it, it's better than a lot of restaurants. Not everyone there is totally sharp anymore, but it would be nice if they could put something online so a family member could talk to their loved ones about the meals and be more involved. I think there should be more activities, especially for those who can walk or just use a cane. They have good concerts and things like that, but they need more things for those who aren't as sharp. It would be great if they could post the activities schedule online too. There's quite a few changes. Most of the people we met at first aren't there anymore and haven't been replaced. They do take good care of my loved one. My loved one has a nice apartment and is very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely suggest Atria Cutter Mill - our friends visit and say they want to come here when it's time! It looks like a fancy hotel. The atmosphere is warm and it has a beautiful outside - that's why we picked this place. The location is great too and not too crowded.

"Too Pricey for Us"
This place seemed a bit more expensive than what we wanted. When we visited, it didn’t feel very lively. They do allow pets and have some nice amenities.

"Atria Cutter Mill"
We checked out nine assisted living facilities, and Cutter Mill stood out as the best. The staff—from the receptionist to the executive director—was outstanding. They answered all our questions and shared helpful information. The meals were excellent, thanks to a great kitchen and staff. We wholeheartedly recommend Cutter Mill—it's now our new home.

"Warm and Caring Environment at The Atria"
The Atria was such a warm and enriching place. We want to give a big shout-out to the employees we met there. We worked with her from our very first meeting and beyond. She is very kind, generous, and patient. Whatever our issues were, the staff was always there and eager to help. We worked closely with the nursing office. She made it easy to move our father to his beautiful new home. She listened to our concerns about our father’s care and helped create an excellent care plan. Our father had caring and compassionate caregivers who did an incredible job. She is truly a gem. She was simply fabulous in EVERY way. I know there are big changes happening at the Atria. Wishing you the best of luck and success in your future endeavors.

"A Wonderful Community Experience"
My parents had a great time in this community. They were well taken care of, and we were happy with everything. The place looks really nice. The staff is awesome, always helpful and kind. My parents did wish the food tasted better, though. They joined in many of the activities. The garden is lovely for the residents. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this place.

"lean, Friendly, Great Activities"
This place is really good. It's clean, and the people who work there are nice and pay attention to you. It costs a lot of money, which is the only bad thing. They have fun things to do, and my relative likes the food. It was the only place that would take her because we have special needs. I think you should try it too.

"A Nice Place, but Not Very Independent"
We chose this place because it's a smaller community, and I thought the staff could get to know my Dad better. It looks nice, with a newer design and a center courtyard that prevents it from feeling crowded. But there's one problem: I wanted an 'independent' community for my Dad so he could socialize with active people, but most residents here have full-time aides who push them around in wheelchairs all day. The other Atria assisted living community seemed to have more independent residents.

"Amazing Place with Tons of Activities and Friendly Staff"
I love this place! They have so many activities, more than she can even use. It’s spectacular. There’s nothing I would change. They have a 24/7 art room, a big and comfy library, and a great floor plan. It’s mostly a Jewish residence, which doesn’t matter to us but might to some. They also have an extra care agency on-site that residents can hire for extra help, and there are lots of friendly staff around to assist. It’s not brand new, but it looks like it is!

"Great variety and caring staff make it a wonderful place!"
They try to offer a lot of activities, which is great. I think they could find more ways to ask residents what they want to do in the future. The fact that the place is independent rather than assisted is a big plus for me. They have both a rent part and a care part, so if she needs more help, it's available. The people who work there really connect with the older residents and come in happy every day.
