"Caring Staff, Clean Home, Fun Activities Needed"
The people working here are really kind. They keep the place super clean. They even wash your clothes and tidy up your room every week. The food’s pretty tasty too. I just hope they had more cool stuff to do. From what I’ve seen, I’d tell other folks to check this place out.

"Caring Staff, Clean Rooms, but Limited Socializing"
Good Things: The people who work here are super nice and really take care of you. They make sure you’re okay and have everything you need. Every week, there’s a fun hour where everyone can be happy together. The place is always clean, and the rooms are top-notch. Not-So-Good Things: You have to sit at the same table for all your meals, and you don’t get to do a lot of fun things with other people. This review is short and to the point.

"Mixed Feelings About Peregrine Delmar Place"
I believe Peregrine Delmar Place is a nice facility overall. The food, however, needs improvement.

"Good place, but be aware of staff changes and rate hike"
It's a good place, but they had some staff changes recently. Also, right after Mom moved in, the rates went up and we had to pay the new higher rate. I would recommend Peregrine Delmar Place, but just be aware of these things.

"Poor Nursing and Medication Management at Assisted Living Facility"
They were busy with lots of construction, but our family member's room stayed neat and tidy. Despite the short stay, we noticed many activities happening, which looked great. However, they seemed to have more technicians running the place than Licensed Practical Nurses. Getting medication for our family member became a huge struggle and minor problems quickly turned into major headaches. Our family member ended up spending more time in hospitals than enjoying life in the facility. We weren't pleased at all.

"Friendly Staff, Small Rooms, Long Waits: Mixed Experience"
We picked Atria Delmar Place because they had space when we needed it quickly. The place looked nice, and the person giving us the tour was really nice. The rooms here are smaller than some others we looked at. They said the food was good, but they had to wait a really long time to get it, which was annoying. They also mentioned that the portions were small. The best thing about the place was the staff. They were super friendly and went out of their way to help my parents. I would suggest it.

"Terrible Service and Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff at this place are super mean and don't know how to act professional. It's like they think you're nothing more than dirt on their shoes. They only have two actual nurses, the rest are just med techs. These tech people aren't nice at all and don't even give you the time of day. My mom can't hear or see very well, and when these techs give her her meds (and they're ALWAYS late), they just stick them at her and dip. I would NEVER tell anyone to go to this place.

"Unprofesionalism and Rudeness Rampant in this Assisted Living Facility."
This assisted living place is honestly quite awful. The people who run it are super unkind and have no idea how to act professionally. It's like they think you're just something gross stuck to the bottom of their shoe. There are only two qualified nurses - everyone else is just a medical technician. These techs are not friendly at all and they never pause to spend any time with the residents. My mom is in this place and she can’t see or hear well, so it’s really hard for her. But when the techs give her her medicine (which they ALWAYS do late), they just rudely push them at her and go. I would never, ever tell anyone to use this place.

"Mixed Experience at Atria Delmar Place"
At Atria Delmar Place, my loved one felt more active than other residents, but the activities offered fell short. The food was good, though portions were small.

"Atria Delmar Place Review"
Atria Delmar Place didn't match my loved one's energy level. Activities weren't enough. Food servings were small, but tasty.

"Decent place, with a hiccup during move-in."
Our time at Atria Delmar Place was mostly good. The staff are friendly and professional, taking good care of residents. The place looks nice and clean. Our only issue was moving in during Thanksgiving; staff were busy and not very helpful.
