"Need Printed Surveys for Residents Without Phones"
This feedback form needs to be on paper for all the residents. A lot of us don’t have cell phones or computers. It’s hard to get help to fill it out.

"Dedicated Staff Makes Mom's Stay Great"
My mom has been living there for nearly 9 months. There have been many changes in the staff. This is the third manager for the Life Guidance part, and she is excellent. All of the RSA's who work there truly care for my mom, and it really makes a difference.

"Caring staff make Atria a happy place."
Atria has lots of great workers. [Name] at the front desk and Kim in Activities are very helpful, kind, and caring. The waitstaff is friendly. I'm happy to have these caring workers always willing to help me.

"Assisted Living: Good Effort, But Falls Short"
“Mom, this place will be great,” turned out not quite right. The staff is trying hard, but everywhere I look there’s wheelchairs, walkers, and canes. The place is falling apart and needs fixing up. It feels more like a hospital for recovery than a home. I’ve given my time to help others all my life, but this isn’t what I expected. The food and things to do are all the same, nothing special.

"Great place, just not right for our elders."
Even though it wasn’t a good fit for our two elders, I would move here in a second. I loved how the residents were treated, the beautiful common areas, and the huge menu with options to eat almost anytime.

"Great choice for my dad!"
I toured this community for my dad recently. Everything went smoothly. The staff arrived on time for our appointment and patiently answered all my questions. It's among my top picks from all the places I've seen. The facility is well-kept, and they have a fantastic staff team.

"My Mother Thrives in This Caring and Clean Community"
I’m happy with my mother’s move to this community. She’s doing well and joining in on some of the activities they offer. The staff is great and has been really helpful in getting her used to the new routine. Whenever I visit, the community and her room are always clean and well-kept. She’s happy here, and I’m pleased with the community. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

"Friendly Atmosphere and Lots of Activities, with Minor Delays"
Our family likes the community. They have many activities planned, but Dad's age and vision limit what he can do. The movie theater is too dark for him to walk out safely. He gets physical therapy and attends religious services. Every day he gets the help and care he needs. It’s not perfect; sometimes it takes a while for someone to respond to his call button. I like that the layout is spacious, allowing movement within the community. The residents are friendly and caring, and it’s a lively place where people are mostly walking around.

"High End Community, Very Pleased with Mom's Respite Stay"
I was very impressed with my mom's stay at this community. It's a beautiful place, and everything—from the building to the landscaping—looks amazing. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It gave me peace of mind knowing my mom was safe and well taken care of. They did a great job with her medication management. The residents were very friendly and welcoming. The meals were outstanding, just like dining at a restaurant, and they have a great chef. There are lots of resources for the residents, including plenty of activities like exercise classes and top-notch entertainment. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything they did for us. This is a very impressive community.

"Beautiful Setting!"
The Atria On the Hudson looked beautiful with its vaulted ceilings in the main room and overall cleanliness. However, the staff wasn't very friendly. When I entered the community, the nurse at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me while I was talking. From my quick observation, it seemed like the staff wasn't interacting much with the residents, which I didn't like.

"Best place for assisted living, hands down!"
This is the best-looking assisted living facility I’ve ever seen. If you’re thinking of moving for yourself or a family member, you should definitely check this place out first. You won’t find anything like it! The food in the restaurant is excellent, the indoor pool is beautiful, and there’s even a movie theater—yes, a movie theater! It feels like a five-star lodge or a luxury cruise ship. But the main reason I’m writing this review is because of the amazing executive staff. A few weeks ago, I called to ask about my elderly dad. When I arrived, I saw Nicole, the head of the facility, at the front desk answering the phone. She told me that one of her night workers had an emergency, so she came in to help instead of making another staff member come in. This kind of dedication shows how great the management is here. You can see that same caring attitude in many of the workers. No place can replace a real home, but if you need a residence for yourself or a loved one, you won’t find better than this. I truly feel blessed that my dad is in such a wonderful place.

"Good spot, but not for those needing high-level care."
Atria is a really nice place to stay. It's always lively with lots of things to do, making it a great option for individuals who don't require much assistance. However, they lack the staff needed to provide the amount of care my Mom requires. Thus, consider arranging for additional help if your loved one, like mine, is in a wheelchair and needs extra care. The food is okay but do understand that service could be a bit slow.

"Atrocious Service Masks Beautiful Senior Living Facility"
My aunt has been a resident of this facility for five long years. We were initially thrilled about this new chapter in her life due to the stunning facilities. But don't let the aesthetic fool you - what really occurs behind those closed doors is completely atrocious. The monthly fees these seniors pay for subpar care is truly shameful. The dining area, for one, has horrendous service. There's a bunch of inexperienced teenagers working there who show little effort and respect. Asking for a glass of water turns into a never-ending wait. I remember one incident vividly - an elderly man, another resident, fell, and he laid there for what felt like an eternity - five long minutes before anyone attended to him. The higher-ups sauntered in with zero concern - as if him lying on the floor meant nothing. My aunt requires more assistance, with her advanced age. Often I find her in soiled clothes, and I can't remember the last time she had a proper shower. I'm left wondering what the nurses really do all day. Betty, the front desk receptionist, didn't even pay attention to me when I walked in on one of my visits. She was more interested in her lottery ticket. There was never a pen available for me to sign in as well - she didn't seem bothered by that. While the place is indeed stunning, the quality of service is abysmal. I wouldn't recommend it. Considering the hefty price tag of nearly $10,000 per month for residency, there are simply better places to invest where your loved ones can be treated with dignity and proper care.

"Wonderful place for Mom!"
Atria on the Hudson is amazing! From my first visit with Jennifer, I knew this was the right place for my mother. I looked at 7-8 other facilities and did a lot of research, but Atria met or exceeded all my needs. My mother has been there for a few weeks now, and she is not only adjusting well but thriving and really enjoying everything Atria has to offer.

"Caring staff, lots of services, food could be better"
I like Atria on the Hudson. The people who work here are nice and take good care of everyone. They offer a bunch of things for residents to use, which is cool. But, I think they could make the food taste better.

"Assisted Living Oasis with a Pricey Catch"
Wow, the assisted living facility is so pretty! The grounds have lots of outdoor spots to walk or sit. They’ve got a jam-packed calendar of fun activities, and they even give rides to medical appointments across Westchester. But, it’s a bit pricey, and one apartment we checked out smelled like stale urine (the carpet hadn’t been cleaned yet). I did like how they combine assisted living with independent living, and they’re pet-friendly!

"Atria was impressive in facilities and helpful staff"
Atria was impressive in their facilities and programs. The owner patiently explained all of their services and procedures to us. We believe it would be a great place for Mom, but we need to look over the financial details first.

"Fell Short of Promised Care, But Offers Diverse Activities"
I think they made big promises they didn't keep. They could do a better job of adapting to each person's needs. It's a big facility and they made it seem like they would always be able to help, but that's not been the case. My relative has trouble getting around and needs support. The staff is split between everyone and aren't always available when needed. I don't think they mean to let anyone down, they try, but when residents need more help, they seem to struggle. On the plus side, they offer a good variety of activities to keep people busy and active every day. There's something for everyone in terms of fun, mind building, and physical activities.

"Great care, but some areas need improvement"
We're really happy with this place. The care they provide is excellent, but if you need more help, it can cost an extra $4,000 a month. My parents aren’t thrilled with the activities since they mostly cater to women and lack variety. The food is tasty, but the service in the dining room isn't great—everyone complains about the long wait times. The rooms are clean, and they take care of the laundry. I wish there was more help to help my parents adjust when they first arrived. It's nice that families can eat with the residents in the dining hall.

"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living at Crotonville Exit"
Great place at Crotonville exit. Feels cozy and relaxing. Expect activities outside your window and plenty of sunlight. They just opened, so they might still be fixing things. But overall, I really enjoyed it. The downside is they don't offer nursing care, so if mom needs it, we'll have to consider a nursing home. However, they have an amazing activities program and will create a personalized plan for her.
