"Caring Community with Ideal Location"

Things are going well. They really care about the residents, and it's a good fit for my Mom's needs. The location matters too.

"Great staff, respectful care, and good communication. Highly recommend."

The employees are really good at their jobs. They always treat the residents with respect and keep me updated if there's any issue. They are easy to reach whenever I need them. I would definitely recommend this place to other families. Overall, I think they do a really good job.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Cameras, Food Quality Improvement"

This place could do better by putting cameras in halls and outside. The food is often cold and not very tasty.

"Friendly and Helpful Staff Makes Tour Enjoyable"

Our family visited the assisted living facility for a tour in person. We liked the man who showed us around. He was really good at explaining things and answering our questions.

"Needs more resident help, but good staff communication and meals"

The community could use a bit more help for the residents. Communication with the staff is pretty good. Residents get three meals a day with different choices.

It's been nice overall. They helped us move our loved one in and set up furniture. The care seems fine, and the food isn't a problem.

The staff is friendly, but my loved one's personal hygiene needs improvement. The food is okay, and there haven't been any complaints. The staff interacts positively with residents and shows patience. The residents are consistently clean.

"Assisted Living Review: Hospital-like Feel, Unengaged Residents, Kind Staff"

We didn't like this place much. It felt too much like a hospital. The people living there didn't seem as interested in things as people at other places we saw. The workers were friendly, though.

"Unsatisfactory Visit to Shabby, Odorous Assisted Living Facility"

Our family went to visit this place in person. We didn't get the chance to interact with the staff or residents but the place itself was dreadful. It was unkempt, worn out and had a bad smell. Our visit felt like a waste of time, we wouldn't even consider sending our pet there. Nothing about this place appealed to us. We knew right away this wasn't the right place for our family member.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises and Staffing"

I don't think they did what they said they would for the residents. My family member went there for a short stay, but we weren't happy with how they took care of them. They didn't make sure they got up for meals or in the morning like they should have. The place looked nice when they showed us around, but it didn't match up with what actually happened. And we didn't think there were enough staff to look after our family member properly.

"Satisfactory Respite Stay"

My relative stayed at Brookdale Bellevue twice for a break. Overall, they took good care of her. I was a bit let down when I picked her up after 12 days; her hair wasn't done as I left it. But the staff was friendly and helpful. They organized activities she enjoyed, like outings for ice cream and music for dancing. She felt like part of the family. The place had a cozy feel, smelled nice, and had a lovely courtyard for fresh air. My mom loved it and wants to go back. Just make sure your loved one has someone looking out for them always.

"Mixed Experience: Great Features, Unexpected Costs"

My mom really likes this place. When I was looking for somewhere for her, they gave me a price. But the day before I was supposed to bring her there, they told me about a lot of extra charges. It added up to almost another thousand dollars. That doesn't seem fair. Before this, my mom was in another assisted living place. It had its own apartment and only 24 other people living there. It was really fancy and cost $500 less than here. I might have to move her back there. I hope they can figure something out with me. I do like the food, the staff, and how friendly everyone is.

We visited this great place for my dad's care. The staff was really helpful with all our questions about the care provided. They had lots of activities, and the care seemed perfect for my dad. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch care and good value for their loved ones.

My husband is getting used to living at Brookdale. The caregivers are really nice, and he's made some friends already. The food is good, and the place is clean. I'm very happy with this community.

"Enjoyable Tour and Helpful Staff at Facility"

I had a good look around this place. I met some nice people working there who shared a lot of helpful information. From what I could see, the place looked pretty clean and tidy. My visit was enjoyable, and everything went smoothly.

"Not Quite Perfect: Friendlier Staff, Better Cleaning Needed!"

My friend's stay at this place has been decent, but it could be better. The people looking after her are really nice and make sure she's okay. The food is good during the school week, but not as good on Saturday or Sunday because a different cook comes in. The meals on these days don't taste as yummy and aren't cooked right. After people drink from them, the cups aren't always cleaned. And my friend has had a serious issue with spiders in her room. Plus, her bed sheets aren't changed out often enough when they should be.

"She stays busy with all the activities!"

They are taking great care of my mother-in-law at this facility. We’re very happy with everything they’ve done for us. The community looks great, and they do a nice job keeping it clean. She stays busy with all the activities they offer and loves the food. Overall, we know she’s getting good care, and we would recommend it.

"Mixed Feelings About Brookdale Bellevue Assisted Living"

We've had both good and bad experiences at Brookdale Bellevue. The staff here are great. They're really professional and are always ready to help out. But the place itself seems old and could use some improvements. Also, the food service could definitely be better.

"Excellent care and supportive staff at Bellevue Manor"

Our first talk with the staff was both fun and helpful. They were positive and encouraging. They worked really hard to figure out what our mom needed and provided the right care. I would suggest Bellevue Manor to anyone looking for care for their parents.

"Bellevue Manor: Good, Chose Other Option"

I toured Emeritus at Bellevue Manor for my folks but ended up picking a different place. Out of the three senior residences I checked out, I liked this one the least, mostly because the rooms felt cramped and had more of a hospital environment to them. We chosen a different assisted living facility that had apartment-style living and felt warmer and more like a real home. The staff members at Bellevue were cordial and the place didn't seem bad overall, but there were better alternatives available.

It's a really nice place where they take great care of people. The food smells wonderful, and they care about and let residents keep their dogs.

"Great care and clean facilities, with fair pricing."

They’re doing a great job here. The food tastes good, and they manage his medicine well. The place is really clean, and the dining room is nice with white tablecloths. I do wish they had helped him move in a bit earlier. The prices seem fair to me. Overall, they’re doing a really good job.

It's very cozy and everyone is super nice. They try to get everyone involved in activities. I would recommend it because it's a really nice place.

"Fantastic Care, But Price Could Be Better"

The staff is amazing, and I’m really happy with them. The best part for me is the peace of mind knowing my dad is getting good care when I’m not around. They call me if anything happens. Since he’s in poor health, they’ve already taken him to the hospital twice. I was very impressed when I started looking because Emeritus at Bellevue called me within 20 minutes after I talked to A Place for Mom. I do wish they would lower their prices, but that’s the only downside. There’s a set fee, plus they charge based on the level of care.
