"Poor Care and Management at Assisted Living Facility"
My father-in-law stayed here for 2 years. Staff changed a lot even 2 head nurses left. They didn't give him the personal care we paid for. They were supposed to shower him 3 times a week but barely managed one. His room smelled bad and his legs got infected. He even ended up in the hospital with sepsis. We complained many times but they didn't listen. They said they were doing what they were supposed to, and they didn't change him often because of his pride. The staff often smoked or took breaks together. The manager wasn't good at handling complaints and didn't return our calls. Eventually, even his doctor said he needed better care, so we moved him out. Don't choose this place, it's not worth your time or money.

"Negligent Care and Poor Management: Don't Waste Your Money!"
We housed my father-in-law at this facility for two years. During that time, they had a massive turnover of staff, including two head nurses who quit. Even though they billed us for personal care services, they did not deliver. They promised to bathe him three times a week but barely managed one. His room always stank of urine and feces. They let his legs get infected to the point where he contracted sepsis and was hospitalized. We constantly complained about the substandard care but were told that due to his pride, they couldn't change his diaper as often as needed. We often saw multiple attendants taking a smoke break or on break together. The general manager demonstrated poor skills, always dodged complaint calls, and never returned messages. His doctor finally said his care was so inadequate, he needed to be moved. We did this the last time he was hospitalized for sepsis. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

"Bright, spacious facility with quiet areas for residents"
The facility felt new and bright, with lots of indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. Even though it’s a bit small, it didn’t feel cramped. Residents can find quiet spots to relax alone if they want, without having to stay in their room.

"Good care, but not the right fit for everyone"
My loved one stayed at Brookdale and they did a good job, but it wasn’t the right fit for him. He has since moved on, but we would still recommend Brookdale to others.

"Great care and food, with a few staff issues."
I’m really pleased with the care my friend gets here. They have lots of different foods and try hard to meet any special needs she has. The place is very clean and well maintained. Some staff members are excellent, but a few seem a bit grumpy. There are also a couple of people who don’t pay much attention to her. Even so, I would recommend this place to friends or family.

"Great care, fun activities, and tasty food at this community!"
My family and I had a great time at the community. Mom had fun playing bocce ball, and we enjoyed a concert there too. The whole staff is fantastic. Patty, the nurse, even helped with mom's nails. The food is delicious and well-prepared, with a nice restaurant vibe. I've already suggested this place to others and would also recommend A Place for Mom for finding a home for your loved ones.

"Clean, Friendly, and Full of Activities: Great for Dementia Care"
The place was super clean. We visited around dinner time, and the staff was always quick to help whenever someone tried to leave. There were lots of activities, and everyone was really friendly. It didn’t work for us because we had some extra challenges, but I would suggest it to anyone looking for dementia care.

"I'd Recommend It for Dementia Care"
The place was spotless. We visited during dinner, and staff were always nearby when someone tried to leave. They had a variety of activities and a warm atmosphere. Although it didn't suit our needs due to some extra difficulties, I'd still recommend it for dementia care.

"Like Other Clare Bridge Communities, With Extra Charges Unclear"
This place is a lot like other Clare Bridge communities. They couldn’t give a fixed price until my parents were already there. They use a pay-per-service system and seemed to want to leave room for extra charges.
