"My Father’s Well-Cared Community"
The staff at this community took great care of my father. The environment is pleasant, and the meals are good. The activities were helpful, and he enjoyed participating. We recommend this place for other families.

"They Truly Care About Residents!"
Brookdale Lakewood was a fantastic choice. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Other places we visited seemed more interested in money, but here, they truly cared about my mother and made everything easy. The facility is very clean and well-kept. On Sunday, the staff even cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for everyone, which was really nice.

"She’s Loving It!"
She really enjoys it. The food is good, and she’s getting involved, especially with bingo. She even goes to get her hair done. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly when she needs help. They’re great at keeping me informed. Overall, I’m quite pleased. It feels like a small family there, not too big. The only issue I’ve had is that when I signed her up, the sales manager might have said some things that weren’t entirely true—there were inconsistencies. Dealing with Omnicare hasn’t been very easy either.
