"Avoid This Facility: Negligence During Pandemic Risks Elderly Lives"
Nearly all the residents at this living facility, and even half of the staff, have contracted Covid19. These same residents continued their daily activities like dining together or watching T.V in the common room throughout the pandemic. Unbelievably, none of them wore masks except for the staff. My relative who lives here has now tested positive for Covid19, and I blame the facility's owners and Health Department for this outcome due to their negligence. Now all the residents are in isolation, but why did it take until they got sick for any action to be taken? The owner claims they were just following protocol, but it's basic common sense to have kept the residents safe in their rooms and delivered their meals there since they're elderly and at a greater risk. Common sense should have been the protocol. If my loved one's condition worsens, I will file a lawsuit and I'm sure I won't be the only one. In my opinion, I strongly advise avoiding this place for your aging parents. They either lack the basic understanding or simply don't care about their residents and staff. Had they used a bit of common sense, this could've been prevented. I implore you to keep your loved ones away from this facility.

"Review of Mechanicville's Cook Adult Home: Not Suitable for Assisted Living Needs"
This place isn't right for my mom. It feels more like a spot for retired folks rather than a supportive living environment.
