"Inadequate Care and Terrible Food at this Assisted Living Facility"
Avoid this place. The meals were awful. They cooked them next-door and sent them in boxes. Sometimes, there wasn't enough food. Sometimes, it was cold. Plus, it wasn't really tasty. My family member slipped twice and got hurt, probably because the slippery floors were damp, so we had to take her out of there. The care was hit-or-miss. Certain days, it felt like they had enough staff, but other days it felt like everyone had disappeared.

"Neglected Responsibilities and Poor Service at Assisted Living Facility"
Steer clear of this place. At first, everything seems wonderful but believe me, it goes downhill from there. In the span of six months, they've had three different administrators. They don't genuinely care about their residents, they're only interested in your money and doing the bare minimum. Here's a quick rundown of the issues we faced: - They got my parents' medication wrong on several occasions. And it wasn't just my folks, other residents were also given incorrect meds. - Their so-called “regular room cleaning” was practically non-existent. - Meals were served with disposable utensils instead of proper silverware. - When winter hit, the heater was broken and left like that for nearly a week without any urgency to fix it. - They continually missed doing the laundry on the scheduled dates. - The weekend staff is virtually non-existent. One poor nurse had to manage two entire floors. - Also, clothes seemed to go 'missing' after they were sent to be laundered. - They advertise an on-site beautician, but we never saw them. We ended up having to take our parents out for these services ourselves. - Their promise of daily housekeeping services was laughable at best. We ended up having to remove trash and tidy up ourselves.

"Friendly Place, But New Staff Changes Are a Concern"
Our loved one really likes the friendly atmosphere and how easy it is to talk to the executive director. The place recently got new owners, so the only thing they don't like is the new staff changes.
