"Assisted Living Facility Feels Like Overcrowded Hospital"
I visited this place, but I didn't feel comfortable. People were just sitting in the halls. It felt crowded, like a hospital. The rooms are like dorms. Residents didn't interact much. It's cheaper, but still uncomfortable.

"Neglected Elders at Care Facility - Not Recommended!"
Don't be fooled by outer appearances! My mom is 87 years old and she receives zero care in this place. It's not a suitable choice if you truly care about your loved ones!

"Unimpressed by Facility: Small Rooms, Inactive Residents and Lack of Staff"
This place was a real letdown in comparison to its online profile. You'd see a bunch of folks just hanging out in the lobby without doing anything interesting or even talking. I didn't spot any employees hanging out with the residents either. The rooms are so small, and without walk-in showers, just ordinary tubs. The outer part looked pretty good, but it definitely required some cleaning. And it's in a super crowded area, right opposite a hospital.

"Totally let down, not at all like the website."
The place wasn't as good as its website made it look. Many folks living there were just sitting alone in the main entrance. I did not see any staff interacting with them. The rooms were quite tiny. They didn't have walk-in showers, only standard tubs. The outside of the building looked decent, but it could've been cleaner. Also, it's situated in a super busy area, right across from a hospital.

I’m quite happy with this place overall. While my loved one isn’t into the activities, the food could use more flavor. Still, the service and staff are great! The price and facility are appealing, and it’s clean and comfy.

The assisted living facility runs smoothly, with a clean and newly renovated environment. The staff and the manager, is very helpful and responsive. Meals are balanced. However, the aides lack proper training and professionalism. They talk loudly and don’t encourage seniors to participate in programs.

The assisted living facility runs smoothly. It's clean and recently renovated. The manager, is very helpful and responsive. The meals are balanced. However, the aides need better training. Their education level is lacking, and they don't act professionally. They often chat loudly instead of focusing on their duties. While there are various programs, only a few attend because they're self-sufficient. Unfortunately, the aides don't encourage seniors to participate; they seem content watching TV.
