"Assisted Living Experience: Mixed Feelings, Communication Lacking"
At first, we thought this place was great, as they promised everything we wanted to hear. But once our loved one moved in, communication became scarce. The place looks tidy, and the staff is friendly. However, we noticed our loved one seemed a bit disheveled. While her clothes are clean, her hair appears unwashed and unkempt. It's unclear how often they help her bathe. Compared to some other places, this facility seems nicer and smells better. But if money becomes an issue, it feels like starting over.

"Staff Changes Impact Consistency"
The management is super friendly and helpful. However, the frequent staff changes make it tough for my mom to receive consistent care.

"Assisted Living Falls Short on Staffing and Communication"
The facility is understaffed, and some staff members ignore residents. They sent my mother to ECMC without informing me several times. She was mobile with a walker before moving in, but within 2 months, she lost her mobility. While the staff was friendly to me, they often failed to return phone calls, sometimes taking over a week.

"Activities Fall Short at Assisted Living Facility"
They don’t motivate or involve residents in their activities. Plus, those events don’t happen as scheduled.

"Great care with active involvement and attentive food service"
They're very friendly and include the patients in many activities. I’m happy with the care for my loved one overall. We’ve faced some issues with memory care. She sometimes refuses things like having her hair washed, and I wish they’d try harder to handle these situations. But the food service is excellent. There are two choices for each meal, and the staff checks in to make sure the residents are eating. If someone isn’t eating, they’ll offer the other choice and remind them to keep eating. I appreciate their attention to residents’ eating habits.

"Lacking Activities and Staffing at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was too quiet, and residents didn't have enough to do. Staff were friendly but not always available. When we arrived, nobody welcomed our loved one or explained anything. She was left alone a lot. Sometimes, when she needed help, it took too long for them to respond. The food was the only good thing.

"Spotless facility with attentive staff; communication needs improvement"
We're pretty happy with Peregrine. The place is spotless. We appreciate the staff. I think they do their best given the attitude of the resident. Communication is a bit of an issue with response times. I don't expect an immediate reply, but it could take a couple of days to hear back. So just stay on top of communication. We looked at several other places, and we're very happy with where she is now.

"Overall positive experience."
The assisted living facility is expensive, lacks regular check-ups, but has friendly staff, clean surroundings, and tasty meals. Activities remain limited.
