"Terrible Conditions and Poor Service at Sutton Gardens Assisted Living"
My family member is now living at Sutton Gardens Assisted Living, but this place is awful. The food tastes really bad. The floors are gooey and there are lots of bugs and flies. The workers aren't helpful and it seems like the nurses know hardly anything. I don't think anyone should go to Sutton Gardens Assisted Living.

"Caring Staff, Short Visiting Hours"
The people who work here are really nice. It feels like visiting family friends. They take good care of the residents and try to help them with everything they need. The only bad thing is that we can't visit for long, especially on weekends.

"Unreliable and rude assisted living facility"
This place has really bad phone services. It's uncommon for them to pick up the phone, and when they do, they don't tell the truth. I tried to call my aunt who was staying there and they falsely told me she was asleep. They asked me to ring up the next day when she'd be awake. But when I phoned again, they dropped the bomb - she wasn't there anymore, and they wouldn't let me know where she was taken or whether she was still alive. They were mean, didn't act professional and showed no sympathy at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to entrust their family member to their care.

"A Welcoming Place with Activities and Clean Rooms"
The place feels nice, and there are lots of folks with memory care needs. They play games, read the paper, and do other fun activities. Meals and snacks are provided, and we can bring our own treats to share. The rooms are clean, and there’s fresh air.

"Sutton Gardens Tour Disheartening, Care Groups Need Separation"
Sutton Gardens gave us a terrible tour. It's a single-story facility where they lump together the assisted living folks and the memory care patients. We had a bunch of residents approaching us, seeming all lost. It was just so sad and really gloomy. I really think they should separate the two care groups.

"Tour disappointment: staff aloof, residents neglected. Missing connection sought."
Our visit to Sutton Gardens wasn't great. The workers weren't talking much with the older folks, and many of them seemed kinda sad just sitting in their wheelchairs. I didn't feel like we made any real connection there, which was disappointing.

The staff here really cares, and it's a wonderful community for my loved one. This place now feels like home to them.

"Great staff, clean rooms, excellent care, and a pleasant administrator."
This is a great facility with excellent staff. They work hard and take great care of my loved one. The room is always clean, and the administrator is very pleasant and manages everything well.

"Mixed Experience: Chaotic Phone Access but Friendly Management"
The only issue was calling after 11 am was tough. It felt chaotic. The room is nice, private. Manager is friendly.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Cozy Atmosphere"
This community was affordable, delivering what you'd expect. It's a cozy place where the dining area doubles as an activity space, which suited our loved one's needs. The rooms are basic but met all their requirements. While the food wasn't great, it did provide necessary nutrition. Portion sizes worked well for all residents.

"Horrific Assisted Living Facility Deserves Health Department Intervention"
This place is just terrible. My friend's father lived here and she thought we should check it out. Honestly, I wouldn't even let my dog stay here, it's that awful. The dining area and recreation room are uncomfortably tiny and they're even the same room. The person in charge hangs out in a cramped closet that doubles as an office. The whole facility stinks like pee and the kitchen situation is revolting. I think the health department should step in and close it down. I practically sprinted away, shocked that anyone would choose to have their family member live here.

"Inadequate Care & Poor Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
This facility really can't give proper care to your family members. Everyone's just sitting there, overly doped up and slouched over. They're short on staff and the place constantly stinks. Luckily, we moved my dad to a much better place.

"Low Price; Lower Quality in Assisted Living Facility"
I checked this place out thrice before sharing my thoughts. It's clear that all good reviews are from close ones because this place is terrible. It's the least expensive one in the area and honestly, you totally get what you shell out. It's a tiny spot where they've crammed the dining and activity space together. Folks staying here are on way too many medicines, and they can't look after themselves at all.

"Unsatisfactory facility with poor cleanliness and no personal care."
My mom stayed here until she unfortunately died due to COVID. This facility is tiny and they don't offer any activities or personal care. The cleanliness of this place is just not there. They tell you everything you want to hear, but they never follow through.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility with Noise Pollution and Few Amenities"
My Uncle stayed at this place for roughly two years before we moved him elsewhere. It's a super tiny place, doesn't have enough staff and they only have one multipurpose room for eating, activities, and everything else. The outdoor area is pretty gross; it's right next to the train tracks so it's very loud and unclean. I'd suggest considering other options. You won't be sorry. The leaders of this place hire low-cost employees and, honestly, you're getting exactly the poor service you'd expect with that approach.
