"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
The care and food at this place need to get better. The food is super plain and not good quality. My family member won't even touch it. The care here isn't very caring. It's really disappointing. We're not satisfied with this place. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

"Avoid this uncaring and unresponsive facility"
My husband lived at this place for over two years and we didn't have the best time there. A lot of the people who worked there didn't seem to care much and rarely responded to our requests. They didn't look after him properly and I tried to move him somewhere else before he passed away, but he ended up dying there. It always seemed like they saw him as a way to earn money instead of a person. They didn't listen to our needs and a lot of his stuff went missing. I wish he could have spent his final days somewhere nicer.

"Not the Best Location for The Belvedere"
The Belvedere, an older community, was nice and met my husband's needs. However, the location wasn't the best due to limited parking and congestion.

"Friendly Staff but Needs Renovation"
Our first visit here was good. The place was clean and everyone we met was nice and seemed happy. However, it could use some updates to make it look nicer.

"Attentive to Mom!"
They have fun activities for residents, and my mom is adjusting well. No food complaints, and the staff are friendly. The community is well-maintained—I'd recommend it.

"Nice facility with clean rooms and good food, but activities lacking"
Overall, our time at The Belvedere has been positive. It’s a nice place with very clean facilities, good-sized rooms, and great food. A major plus for us was the accessible showers. Since our loved one was recovering from surgery, this allowed him to bathe independently. On the downside, we weren’t thrilled with the activities. Most of them seemed aimed at older residents with memory or cognitive issues, which didn’t interest our loved one.
