"Assisted Living Falls Short for Aunt, Despite Warm Staff"
He was really nice and treated the people living there just like family. He talked and interacted with them a lot. The building was nice enough, but it wasn't right for my aunt. Everyone there needs to be able to use stairs, and she can't.

"Outdated Buffalo, NY Assisted Living at Bristol Home Review"
This is an assisted living space housed in an antique Victorian structure that goes back to the 1860s. The rooms are quite cramped and most of them do not have bathrooms. The facility does not have modern updates. Shockingly, the place is high-priced. However, needed services are accessible.

"Mom's happy, safe, and active at Bristol Home!"
We really like the Bristol home. Mom is really happy there. She has friends and does more stuff. Everyone there is nice. We think she's safe and taken care of.

"Aged Facility, Funky Odor, Tiny Rooms, Yet Friendly Staff"
This place is really aged with an odd odor. The rooms are quite tiny and don't even have their own bathrooms. On a positive note, the staff and management are incredibly nice. They gave a great tour, but it's just not a good fit for my mom.

"Clean and Friendly, But Not the Right Fit"
The place was clean. They had scheduled meals and activities. The staff were friendly. I just didn’t think it was the right fit for my grandma.

"Assisted living lacked comfort for my grandmother, though clean."
The place was tidy, they had set meal times and stuff to do, and the workers were nice. But, it didn't seem like the perfect fit for my grandma.
