"Unpleasant Stay at High-Priced, Undelivering Assisted Living Facility"
Regrettably, this facility was not up to my expectations. A number of staff members were far from friendly. The price demanded, which I'm withholding, for a shared room is excessive and just doesn't seem fair. The room had a persistent, harsh odor of urine. The food was woeful, leading to numerous complaints from the resident community. Promises to fix these issues were made upon complaining, but no changes ever appeared. Many of the residents suffer from diabetes and aren't given access to wholesome snacks. And you're never allowed to get extra helpings of any meal. The Covid situation here is particularly alarming.

"Neglected Assisted Living Facility: Dirt, Decay, and Deception"
It's really sad for those who live here. This place is not clean and it’s falling apart, and it seems like the employees have to hide the mess or risk losing their jobs. It's just not right. The residents often don't get the attention they need. You can hear alarms going off in their rooms and no one attends to it for more than 10 minutes. It's really high time the state checked this place out secretly. I wouldn't even consider leaving my dog here, let alone my parents. They present you with a perfectly made-up room on your tour, but the actual rooms have mold in them.

"The Eliot: A Home Away from Home"
I love The Eliot! My family and I had to make the hard choice to put our aunt in a senior care home. She needed more help than we could give. We checked out a lot of places, and it was a long and emotional journey. But at The Eliot, we all, especially my aunt, felt at home. From start to finish, we felt so cared for and comforted. The marketing lady was so kind and understood how tough this was for us. When we were there, we knew we made the right choice. My aunt was even excited about the activities! I hadn’t seen her this happy in a long time. I’m so thankful for the staff and the care we got. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

"Friend's Happiness Tops Expectations at The Eliot Assisted Living"
I chose The Eliot for my friend last month. Since she has high expectations, I was concerned about her happiness. She's very pleased with the service. The aides are friendly and even hug her goodnight. The meals are decent, but the soup is really tasty. Colleen, the facilitator, has been very helpful too. She always responds quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased.

"Poorly run, dirty facility with rude, untrained staff"
This place is totally terrible. It's badly run, really dirty, and the staff don't seem to know what they're doing or just don't care about their work. They're impolite and don't treat the people living here nicely. I'm super upset that my grandma lives here and I'm trying to find a better place for her.

"Mixed experience at Elliott Assisted Living: Good staff, lacking activities"
My mom likes Elliott mostly. Staff's nice, place's pretty. Rooms comfy, friends made. But food's unbalanced, small portions. New chef might help. Activities lack depth, too much shopping.
