"Disappointed Visitor; Appointment Mix Up and Unpleasant Atmosphere"
I saw at least three folks outside smoking. I told them I had an appointment, but they said I didn't. Turns out, I mixed up my appointment time. I left and never went back for the tour. Honestly, I didn't dig the vibe or appearance of the place.

"Great Staff, but Lacking Activities"
This community is clean and well-maintained. The only thing I don't really like is the area around it. Mom is being well taken care of by a wonderful staff. The staff and the residents are very nice. She doesn't love the food, and there aren't many activities. This place isn't as expensive as others around here, but it's a good community.

"It Wasn't a Good Fit"
I visited the community and noticed a different crowd. The place was safe, clean, and had activities for residents. However, it didn't feel right for my mom.
