"Subpar Assisted Living Facility Overcharges and Provides Poor Care"
I've seen folks arriving at the memory facility seeming disoriented and nervous. The next day, they're looking like they're in a daze, with big cuts on their foreheads. The team here seems lost, and I've noticed a lot of bullying behavior. That's just scratching the surface of the issues here. The number of problems I've witnessed is staggering. Speaking up about this is scary, but don't send your loved ones here. It's a rip-off. You're paying $7,000 a month, yet asked to shell out more for assistance in an assisted living facility. I'm anxiously waiting for the day my mom can leave this place.

"Unsatisfactory Attention in Memory Care Unit"
The Care for Memory Impaired Residents is severely lacking here... Just like at many other places, those who can't speak up for themselves don't receive the attention they rightfully should.

"Memory Care Unit Lacks Proper Attention for Residents"
The Memory Care section really isn't great. People living there are often ignored and it's just terrible.

Dealing with the boss at The Villa at Westhampton wasn't great. He jumped to conclusions without knowing everything first. My family thought about sending two of our family members there, but not anymore.

"Assisted Living Review: Great Rooms, Friendly Staff, But Limited Outdoor Space"
This place is really pretty. The rooms are nice and big. The people who work here are super nice. I like that the price covers everything. You don't have to pay extra for different things. They also have extra storage that you can buy for a small fee. But I wish they had a better outdoor area. There's not really a nice courtyard or anywhere to sit outside.
